推拿緩解小朋友便秘

1. 清大腸經300下
位置:食指靠拇指的側邊,由食指至虎口成一直線。
手法:以拇指指腹從虎口單向推動至食指指尖。
2. 順時針摩腹5分鐘
位置:以肚臍為圓心,肋骨下緣為半徑。
手法:以手掌或中間三指,順時針摩腹5分鐘。
