Mac & Cheese with scallops, ham, mushrooms and peas. I made the no-bake version today, follow the same recipe, skipped the oven. Tips: Cook the macaroni the night before, morning just saute ingredients and cook the sauce. ;) 芝士火腿通心粉,加了带子,蘑菇和青豆。这次做免烤的,省时!:D

3 tbsp butter
Pepperoni slices (some chopped)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp flour
3 cups whole milk
8 oz shredded cheddar
8 oz shredded mozzarella
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1/2 lb macaroni, uncooked
Recipe:
In a pot, melt butter, then add chopped pepperoni, garlic, parsley and cook until fragrant and color deepens.
Add flour, mixing constantly to make sure there are no clumps, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add milk, stir, and continue to cook and stir until sauce thickens.
Add shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and stir until all cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add cooked macaroni, coating it evenly with the cheese sauce.
Pour the macaroni into a pan or skillet and top with marinara, fresh mozzarella slices, and pepperoni.
Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes, until cheese is golden brown."

■卵とハムのガレット
1人分
材料:
牛乳 80ml
薄力粉 30g
塩 ひとつまみ
バター 10g
ハム 1枚
ピザ用チーズ 20g
卵 1個
黒コショウ
作り方:
1.ボウルに牛乳、薄力粉、塩を入れ、泡立て器でよくかき混ぜる。
2.フライパンにバターを入れて中火で熱し、(1)の生地を流し込む。
3.(2)の中央にハム、ピザ用チーズをのせ、割った卵を入れる。
4.弱火にして蓋をし、卵に火を通す。
5.四隅を中央に向かって折りたたみ、お皿に移す。
6.お好みで黒コショウを振ったら、完成!
■卵マヨベーコンチーズトースト
1人分
材料:
食パン 1枚
卵 1個
マヨネーズ 適量
スライスチーズ(溶けるタイプ)1枚
ベーコン 1枚
ドライパセリ 適量
作り方:
1.食パンの縁に沿って、中央をスプーンで窪ませる。
2.縁にマヨネーズを塗って土手を作る。
3.ベーコンを1センチ幅にカットする。
4.中央に卵を割り入れる。
5.卵の上に(3)のベーコンとスライスチーズを乗せ、オーブントースターで4~5分加熱する。(焦げつきそうならアルミ箔で覆う。)
6.お皿に移し、ドライパセリを振ったら、完成!
■茹で卵とツナのグラタン
1人分
材料:
マカロニ 50g
茹で卵 1個
ツナ缶 1/2個
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
塩コショウ 少々
ピザ用チーズ 20g
ドライパセリ 適量
作り方:
1.マカロニは袋の表示通り茹でてお湯を切る。
2.ボウルに茹で卵を入れてフォークで潰す。
3.(2)に(1)のマカロニとツナとマヨネーズを入れて和える。
4.耐熱容器に(3)を入れ、ピザ用チーズを乗せ、オーブントースターで5〜6分焼く。
5.(4)にドライパセリを振ったら、完成!
Egg Recipe 3 Ways
■Galette with Ham n Egg
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
80ml milk
30g flour
A pinch salt
10g butter
1 ham slice
20g shredded cheese
1 egg
Some black pepper
PREPARATION
1. Mix milk, flour, and salt in a bowl to make galette batter.
2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour the batter (1) onto the pan.
3. Place a slice of ham and shredded cheese on the center. Put an egg on top.
4. Turn down the heat to low. Put the lid on.
5. Fold the four sides of the galette before transferring to a plate.
6. Season with some black pepper.
7.Enjoy!
■Egg+Mayo+Bacon+Cheese on a toast
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of a loaf bread
2 egg
Some mayonnaise
1 cheese slice
1 bacon strip
Some dried parsley
PREPARATION
1. Using a spoon, create a square indentation in the middle of the bread.
2. Apply mayonnaise on the edges.
3. Cut a strip of bacon into 1cm pieces.
4. Put an egg in the center of a bread.
5. Put bacon pieces and a cheese slice over the egg. Toast for 4 to 5 minutes. (You can use aluminum foil to cover the bread, so it won’t get burnt.)
6. Sprinkle with some dried parsley.
7.Enjoy!
■Mac n Cheese with Egg
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
50g macaroni
1 boiled egg
1/2 canned tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Some salt and pepper
20g shredded cheese
Some dried parsley
PREPARATION
1. Cook macaroni as instructed on a packaging.
2. Mash a boiled egg with a fork in a bowl.
3. Add macaroni (1), tuna, and mayonnaise into the bowl (2).
4. Transfer all macaroni & egg (3) into a baking dish and put shredded cheese on top. Bake in the toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with some dried parsley.
6.Enjoy!

經典日式洋食,簡單易做。撲鼻的芝士香味加上大蝦精美的賣相,絕對是一道極受大人小孩也歡迎的菜式!

材料 Ingredients:
— 白汁 White Sauce —
牛奶 Milk| 500 ml
牛油 Butter| 50 g
麵粉 Flour|50 g
月桂葉 Bay leave|1 pc
肉豆蔻 Nutmeg |1/4 tsp
洋蔥(切末) Onion (Minced) |1/2 pc
蝦仁 Shrimp | 8-10 pcs
牛油 Butter | 20 g
通粉 Macaroni | 200 g
白酒 White wine | 50 ml
芝士 Cheese | 200 g
調味 Seasoning |”
做法 Method:
1.先把通粉煮熟(可按包裝指示」,然後用清水沖至涼身,瀝水備用。
2.在鍋中放入牛油和麵粉煮成麵糰,再慢慢倒入牛奶,一邊攪拌。再加入香料,煮約10分鐘,放旁備用。
3.把焗爐預熱至最高溫( 攝氏200至230度)。
4.在鍋中放入牛油,加入洋蔥煮至軟身。放入蝦仁炒熟,再放入白酒、白汁和調味。煮多1分鐘後,加入通粉再煮片刻。
5.將烤盤掃上牛油,把白汁通粉倒入盤子中。再慷慨地放上大量芝士,再放入焗爐中焗3至4分鐘至表面金黃色。完成!
1.Cook the macaroni to your preference, strain and cool the pasta under cold, running water. Set aside.
2. Add butter and flour and cook until it forms a small lumpy dough, and add in milk. Keep stirring. Add herbs and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to the maximum temperature ( 200c to 230c )
4. Add butter, and saute onions until soft. Add shrimps and cook until its done, add white wine and season to taste. Cook for an extra 1 minute and add macaroni.
5. Grease butter onto an oven proof baking pan, and add macaroni. Be generous and add cheese. Bake for 3-4 minutes until top is browned. Enjoy !
