😍 Possible the best corn fritters I have ever had in Sydney 🙊. Comment down below 👇 if you have had better ones. This vegan Egg Nests Corn Fritters 🌽 🥞 @auverscafe is out of this world! It's super indulging because it's almost deep fried until extremely crunchy on the edges and the fritter itself doesn't have too much batter. It's complimented just right with fresh Avocado, Herb & Garlic Mushrooms, Caramelised Pineapple 🍍 , Nori Sour Cream 🍨 , Onsen Egg 🍳, Alfalfa 🥗 and Snow Pea Tendrils

Someone told me that corn fritter is a lighter brunch food option which I agreed until I saw this double decker recreated by this amazing cafe in Rhodes 🤤

While I expected to eat my weight in poached eggs, avocado, and sourdough in Sydney, I didn't expect to order a North African dish (here, of all places) and feel like I've been missing out on something so delicious all my life I could cry. 😭😍
Cue brunch at CAFE MINT on one of my final days in the city. The baked eggs with chackchouka, eggplant, and feta was hands-down one of the best breakfasts I've had in ages. 🍳 🍆 🍅 🧀

The best kind of travel!! Watch as mama and I went on an adventure travel to Sydney and around New South Wales, Australia!! So many exciting and fun stuff you can do outdoors from the iconic Bridge Climb, to Quad Biking, Camel Riding, Ballooning, Bush Walking, as well as exploring Vivid Sydney, which only happens during the winter season. Oh not forgetting, indulging in all the delicious healthy food Sydney has to offer!

We did this trip in a week! It's definitely a must do when you visit Sydney with your family.

Special thanks to Destination New South Wales (DNSW) for making this the best mother-and-daughter trip!
