Two weeks ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to dine at BEST WESTERN i-CITY SHAH ALAM enjoying their Sunday Hi-Tea at The View Cafe, a lovely all-day dining restaurant located at Level 5. This is probably the most affordable and attractively priced buffet High-Tea in town!
