2019 is the best and the worst year.
I released my debut album Golden Kiri, worked on music I’m proud of with a bunch of inspiring and talented peeps, played on stages I never thought I could play on. I’m not a successful artist by any conventional metrics but I’ve always felt super lucky to be surrounded by a loving, talented and good-hearted team, sometimes I wish I could achieve more so I deserve them, and I’m trying to, trying hard.
And of course nothing is ever the same after June 9th, I remember playing an awesome show with my band on the 8th, was feeling amazing, just to plunge into 6 months (+) of darkness the day after.
When the government fails to represent us, a revolution is both our right and responsibility. It is with the heaviest heart to say, some people didn’t get to come out of this alive, but the rest of us who did, we came out stronger, and as long as we’re breathing, we keep the resistance going until justice is served.
I know the future feels gloomy, and I’m not gonna lie, 2020 is prob not gonna be less tumultuous. But out of chaos births great art. Through the cracks of a broken system lie the opportunities to rebuild something better, stronger, more equitable.

40-Minute Resistance Band Total Body Strength Training
Blast your whole body with this resistance band workout. Resistance band has got to be my favourite piece of fitness equipment as they are super affordable, easy to transport and extremely effective in strengthening the entire body. I travel with my resistance band wherever I go to make sure I get to workout no matter where I am! In this workout, I share with you some of my best and favourite resistance band exercises to target the larger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Plus, this is low impact so it’s suitable for everybody!
Duration: 35 Minutes
Sequence: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
Total Calories: 300 - 350 Cals
Lower Body
1. Resisted Squat
2. Reverse Lunge Single Arm Press
3. Glute Bridge
4. Glute Kickback
Upper Body
1. Narrow to Wide Row
