Ingredients:
• Meat: 1 ox tail, 1 beef flank (or beef brisket or chuck roast), meatballs (optional)
• Seasoning: 1 onion, 1 ginger root, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 10 star anise, 1 tbsp salt, 1-2 rock sugar, 1/2 cup fish sauce (adjust to your liking, made with instant pot)
• Toppings: herbs, sriracha, hoisin sauce, lime, Sriracha.
• Noodles: if you can, buy fresh pho (thin rice) noodles for the best taste. ❤️

Today,I ate a brand new release of Cup Noodles ( is a brand of instant ramen noodle snack manufactured by Nissin, packaged in a foam food container . Other brand names are used in specific countries ) with Rich Abalone ( is a common name for any of a group of small to very large sea snails ) And Oyster Stew ( salt-water bivalve molluscs that live in marine or brackish habitats ) Flavor with 2 other types from Ace cook and more like miso ramen , i bought that from 7-Eleven convenience store ( 7-11 ) and all that exceed 5 kg of pure weight and 11 Cups of noodles . it was so delicious and various with really strong taste and to know who is the best you can watch the video if you please ！！！

In the dark of night from Ha Giang City, Ngoc and I took a private car and arrived at the Meo Vac Town for the Meo Vac Sunday Market. Be sure to get there as early as possible. After 9 AM, the hustle and bustle die down and you're left with a sleepy little town. But before then, thousands of ethnic minorities representing the region's prominent groups like the Hmong and the Tay people. Men, women, and children gather to buy, sell, and mingle with each other. You can pretty much try and buy whatever you want- including cattle and chickens. The food court area seemed packed and everyone was munching on instant noodles and rice noodles. Sure, the quality isn't that great, but the pork was so fresh. Then, I found some more rice cake spongy things grilled over some charcoal that was identical to banh bo from the south. Lastly, a lady was frying some dough in the streets and I had to try it. It turned out to be some kind of breaded taro and it was spot on.
