a lot of times when things dont go our way, we blame everything and everyone else around us with the victim mindset. but sometimes we forget that most of our life is our decisions. even a pair of twins with growing up with the same background, genes, and looks, can end up leading very different lives. because they decide who they want to be, how they want to live their lives. to start making the changes we want to see in our lives we have to start taking accountability to every decision we make. make the decision to start waking up earlier, exercising, eating healthier, getting organised. decide how you speak to your parents, your spouse, and most importantly yourself. certain things are out of our control, but keep blaming them is not getting us anywhere. its time to take back control

【燒山抹黑區諾軒，黃屍全部扮無知】

近黎燒山唔知食咗咩藥，係咁屌尻「自己人」：繼之前怒屌港大學生會話佢地撤回聲明係同怕死跪低，同校方打龍通以求甩身（屌你老味你咪番黎香港試下企硬囉），「不如摺撚咗佢算數」；去到尋日又屌尻區諾軒，話黃耀明被拉係因為佢犯咗低級錯誤，愚不可及云云。

作為前任區諾軒狙擊手嘅我，相信最有資格評論呢件事。自從佢率先宣佈立法會退選，將送到入口嘅議席還番出黎；然後再響其後飽受政治迫害入冊受刑後，佢經已為香港犧牲咗咁多，真係再無理由走去批評多佢半句。

正如我之前所講，響造勢大會唱歌呢家嘢，因為要介定係咪娛樂實在太難，所以一向以黎根本無人覺得有問題，建制派又係咁做，飯民又係咁做；今日特衰政府搞尻黃耀明，全世界都知只不過求其搵個藉口進行政治逼害製造寒蟬效應，然後你老燒竟然走去Blame the Victim，仲要係幾年前無人覺得有犯法嘅Victim，係咪痴撚咗線？

跟住燒山又拎查錫我段尻噏作為佐證，好撚心啦，條撚樣查錫我講到舞獅係咪娛樂就話「好灰色」、有人上台唱歌又話人地唔係專業歌手唔算數，最後仲加多句「市民應信賴廉署會公正執法」，一睇都知佢個靈魂經已賣撚咗比共慘黨啦，除咗藍屍仲有邊個會覺得有參考價值？

不過最重要嘅都係，燒山你咁撚醒，點解要去到2021年先事後孔明話人地蠢？屌你2018年果陣唔撚出聲？講到自己十年前已一早知犯法，咁你同區諾軒食咁多次飯，唔撚識叫佢Delete哂FB Page入面嘅相關資料？去撚到人都拉埋先走黎大發偉論當初點點點點有問題，呢啲可以話係冷氣軍屍最最普遍嘅共通點。

而家燒山不停攻擊自己人，我又想問果班成撚日掛住「分化撚」三個字響口邊嘅黃屍狗去撚咗邊？陶君行劉細良花膠台城寨果班飯民護法，呢個時候又會立刻扮聾扮懵扮睇唔倒；所以果啲乜撚嘢「點解要攻擊自己人，共產黨最開心」、「飯民經已為香港犧牲咁多，你地仲要落井下石」嘅批評，從來都只選擇性攻擊睇唔順眼嘅人，到自己友內鬨時卻永遠雙重標準搬龍門搬撚到唔知去邊。

羽毛球隊伍家朗黑衫風波，又可以睇到HK01有幾無恥

本身，我就唔關心呢件事，但係我有一啲淺藍關注運動嘅建制派朋友見到呢件事都好嬲，係咁forward俾我

我把件事理清出嚟，大致係咁：

伍家朗着黑衫出賽，引起左一啲關注。

KOL「家明」係稱讚伍家朗嘅衣著，反而係民建聯青年團嘅人同埋一班建制派譴責家朗嘅衣着，話佢冇印香港區旗，仲叫人哋唔好出賽。

家朗後尾IG有解釋，由於香港現行法例，如果冇批准，就印區旗喺件衫嗰度，係會觸犯法例。之前香港三項鐵人參賽者，都因此惹麻煩。

佢亦都表示，自己沒有球衣贊助，所以只能夠着自己覺得舒服嘅衫出賽。

本來香港代表隊冇贊助已經夠可憐，建制派冷氣軍師唔係幫佢搵贊助，反而仲要拖人後腿，逼人回應，叫人退賽，真係慘上加慘。人哋好地地比賽，仲要分散心神去處理呢啲無聊野

好啦，咁香港01可恥嘅位喺邊度呢？

本來家朗係回應緊建制派對佢嘅攻擊，尤其是涉及區旗，係法律問題，一定要澄清；而KOL「家明」一直都係讚伍家朗。但係，香港01就講到伍家朗係為咗回應「家明」所以先至IG澄清，根本就係顛倒是非黑白，由始至終質疑佢件衫冇區旗嘅，都係果啲建制派，佢哋選擇性失明，一啲建制派嘅攻擊都冇寫到落去

香港01有幾無恥，我都中過幾次。我接受佢哋訪問，佢連我基本年齡都寫錯，虛構我嘅人生，話我做過新聞總監，我根本就冇做過呢啲工作。我話佢哋唔專業，然後個仆街採主仲打電話嚟blame the victim，包庇其下嘅垃圾記者胡說八道（及後亂咁寫鳩我嘅記者去咗有線任職）

我同葉劉上港台辯論，全香港超過40萬人觀看，佢都可以屈我係為錢讚人哋美腿。

件事係有錢嘅成份，只係一個作家叫葉朗程，佢話只要我當面讚人，佢就會將五位數捐去精神健康基金會。為咗善事，我怕咩講。識我嘅人，或者睇開我嘅讀者都知，唔使收錢我日日都讚葉劉㗎啦。葉說到做到，真係有捐錢，件事本來係幫到人嘅開心事，都比呢班仆街垃圾講到係利益掛帥

Pon Bebels and Cooks with Moe

Recipe: Singgang Bawal Putih (White Pomfret Sour Soup) (From The Malay Kitchen Book)

Ingredients:
50g yellow onions, cut into slices
10g garlic cloves, cut into slice
20g fresh tumeric , shredded (I didn't have any, so use 1/4 tsp tumeric powder)
2 fresh red chillies, cut into thin strips
2 fresh green chillies, cut into thin strips
30gm cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil)
2 dried tamarind pieces, rinsed or 40gm tamarind paste (I like mine sour, so I would have added another tamarind piece)
2tsp salt ( I used my homemade stock)
1/2 sugar
700gm water
700-800g pomfrets (approx 2 small pomfrets) diagonally halved across the fins

Preparation:

1. Place yellow onions, garlic cloves, ginger, tumeric, red chillies, green chillies and cooking oil into mixing bowl, saute 4mins / 120c / speed 1

2. Add dried tamarind pieces, salts, sugar and water. Boil 8min/ 100c/ speed 1

3. Add pomfrets, cook 2 mins 30 secs / Varoma / Reverse Mode / Speed spoon. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot
