Di ambil dlm blog: Azlita Masam Manis
Di cuba oleh Mas Cotek
Bahan A
300 gm gula pasir
250 gm butter berkualiti tinggi
500 gm mixed fruit
50 ml air panas
Bahan B
350 gm tpg gandum*
2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat*
1 sudu kecil cream of tartar*
1 sudu kecil serbuk buah pala@nutmeg* (opah tak letak, tak gemo)
(ayak bahan bertanda * ketepikan)
Bahan C
3 biji telur gred A
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
Caranya
-mula2 sediakan dahulu bahan2 A.. sama seperti buat gula hangus, msk gula smp cair dan keperangan @hangus tuang air panas perlahan2
-cairkan blk gula td.. masukkan butter, bila butter dah cair masukkan mixed fruit td.. kacau sebati (sejukkan)
-dlm bekas lain putar telur dgn esen vanilla smp berbuih (nak guna blender pun blh)
-tuang telur dlm adunan mixed fruit td.. kacau rata sambil masukkan bahan2 yg diayak td sikit demi sedikit
-kacau rata smp semuanya sebati
-masuk dlm loyang 8x8 yg dilapik baking paper
-tutup dgn aluminium foil kukus selama 4 jam..
-sebenarnya 2 jam pun dah msk tp utk dptkan kek yg moist perlu kukus selama 4 jam
-2 jam pertama api sederhana.. 2 jam terakhir api perlahan
-sejukkan kek baru potong
