1️⃣音樂:它可以使任何任務變得更加可以忍受,根據研究,音樂不僅能影響心情,還能改善一個人的整體的健康狀況。我每天早上都會聽我最喜歡的歌曲! 🎧

2️⃣運動:我知道動力不足時,這個特別的難!但我發現的事實是,在我低潮時,我反而鍛煉起來的效果會特別好!不要過度思考,直接穿上你的鞋子,套上你的耳機就開始吧!能去戶外的話更好,補充陽光和維生素! 🏃🏻♀

3️⃣咖啡:我想我不需要解釋這一點。因為咖啡因是多巴胺的助推器,心情blue時,他就是額外的好提神工具。(但我每天只喝一杯咖啡喔!) ☕️

4️⃣面對:我的意思是面對你的惡魔~你低潮可能是因為當下有些事情讓你感到困擾,但是這些事都是需要背完成、解決或被接受。不要拖延你的重要任務或推開煩惱,而是直接面對它。因為面對後,你會很有成就感並放鬆很多! 😈

1️⃣MUSIC: It can make any task feel more bearable, and research has shown that music influences not only your mood, but can even improve your overall well-being. I listen to my favorite songs every morning without fail! 🎧

2️⃣EXERCISE: I know this one can be a hard one, especially if you feel low on energy. But the truth is, some of the best workouts happen when you feel like sh**. Don’t overthink it, put on your shoes and your playlist , and GO! 🏃🏻♀️

3️⃣COFFEE: I don’t think I need to explain this one. Caffeine is known to be a dopamine booster, it never fails to give me the extra lift I need for those blue mornings. ☕️

4️⃣FACE IT: What I mean by this is, that you probably have something on your mind that bothers you, and needs to get done/solved/or simply accepted. Instead of dragging your important tasks and pushing worries away, face them right on 😈

以下的字都有「難受」的意思:
1. sad 傷心,unhappy不開心,upset心煩的,苦惱的
2. I'm in a bad mood. 我心情不好
3. I feel down in the dumps. 我心情很難受 (dump = 垃圾,想想看處身在垃圾堆中,心情還會好嗎?)
4. I feel blue. OR I have the blues. 我心情很鬱卒/憂鬱。(哇 剛好英文的blue和「藍」瘦有呼應到耶 )
「想哭」可用:
1. I feel like crying.
2. I have a lump in my throat. 字面上有著「有腫塊在你喉嚨裡」,其實就是用來表示你突然有股哀傷/感動/百感交集/悲從中來..等的情緒,讓你想哭,類似中文的「哽咽」之意。
