我實在太喜歡吃
停不了地研究有什麼簡單又快速可以做的糕點
適合正在減醣的我

材料太複雜的我不想
因為不想買太多不同種類的材料
做法太複雜的我也不想
因為實在沒有太多時間
還有如果食譜內有一些用不完的東西
例如要用一個蛋黃三隻蛋白之類
又或只用3/4盒cream cheese之類
除非我會有想做其他食譜可以消耗了那些餘下的食材
又或是我可以把份量乘大至可以一次用完
不然我都會比較沒有意願去嘗試那個食譜
因為已經試過很多次那些餘下的食材都會被我忘了在雪櫃而變壞了
所以有時我都覺得我自己都有點要求😆
也因為這些原因
雖然試了不少食譜
但合意的仍是少數
也有很多試完我會想再改材料和份量再試

這個藍莓鬆餅我是第二次做
感覺它是比巴斯克焦香蛋糕更容易做
因為連攪拌器也不用
就只要兩個碗和兩個湯匙就可以完成
焗的時間也不需要太久
而且味道很好
吃完正餐吃一個當飯後甜品
不論嘴巴還是肚子都有大滿足的感覺

或許我的焗爐溫度較高
我也忘了我是焗了30分鐘還是35分鐘
只是放入焗爐預設好計時器
我便煮午餐
剛煮好計時器便響了
所以它都有少許焦面
但是～我覺得這樣更美～更吸引呢～😋

唯一就是一個鬆餅的卡路里有200kcal
所以一天只吃一個比較好😜

Egg (M size) 1
Milk 50ml
Melted butter (unsalted) 50g
Sugar 50g
Blueberry 100g
Cream cheese (100g in total) 6

1. Cut the cream cheese into 1cm squares.
