長期姿勢不正確、用力不當、少做運動,都容易出現周身骨痛的情況,除了因為筋骨勞損,中醫理論認為身體有濕都會有全身困重、疲憊、頸梗膊痛的症狀,尤其濕熱體質人士,多進食煎炸油膩重口味食物,又經常熬夜,有人形容感覺為「骨火重」,平日可適量飲用有舒筋活絡及祛濕功效的湯水紓緩症狀,粉葛、五指毛桃都是合適的食材,再配合有健脾祛濕功效的赤小豆、眉豆等,有助紓緩痛症。平日亦可多按肩井穴保健,有助舒筋活絡。
肩井穴
位置:在肩部肌肉最高之處,脊椎及大椎的中間點。
按法:以指頭按壓5至10分鐘。
功效:舒筋活絡,可紓緩上臂及前臂的痛症。注意孕婦不宜按壓此穴位。
食材小貼士:
五指毛桃性平,有健脾補肺、行氣利濕、舒筋活絡功效,尤其適合氣虛、脾虛人士服用。
粉葛五指毛桃赤小豆湯
功效:舒筋活絡,紓緩風濕痺痛、肩頸腰肌勞損等問題。
材料:粉葛1個、冬瓜連皮約400克、五指毛桃20克、土茯苓15克、赤小豆40克、眉豆20克、蜜棗2顆
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,粉葛去皮、冬瓜連皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to soothe joints and improve blood circulation
Years of bad postures, incorrect use of bodily strength, and the lack of exercise can cause pain to our body. According to the Chinese Medicine theories, dampness, besides damaging the joints and bones, can cause the body to feel heavy and tired. It also causes us to experience discomfort on the neck and shoulders.
This is especially true for individuals with the damp heat body constitution when they consume oily and heavily flavored deep-fried food and stay up late regularly.
To soothe the joints, promote blood circulation, and dispel dampness from the body, we can drink soup that contains arrowroot and hairy fig. Consume ingredients like adzuki bean and black-eyed pea too, as they can strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness from the body, hence, relieving the pain.
Shoulder Well points
Location: At the highest point of the shoulder muscles, the midpoint of the spine and the vertebrae.
Method: Press with your fingers for 5 to 10 minutes.
Effects: Loosens tendons, relieves pain in the upper arm and forearm. Note that pregnant women should not press this point.
Tips on ingredient:
Hairy fig root is mild in nature; can strengthen the spleen and nourish the lungs; improve the circulation of qi and dispersion of dampness in the body, stimulate the circulation of the Meridians. It is especially suitable for individuals who experience qi deficiency and with a weak spleen.
Kudzu and hairy fig root soup with rice bean
Effects: Loosens tendons. Relieves symptoms of rheumatism pain, lower back soreness.
Ingredients: 1 kudzu, 400g winter melon(including skin), 20g hairy fig root, 15g smilax, 40g rice bean, 20g black-eyed pea, 2 candided dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the kudzu. Cut winter melon (with the skin) into large chunks.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

養好小孩的脾胃功能,有助吸收食物中的營養,以助長高,平日可適量食用有健脾胃功效的食物,例如淮山、白扁豆、薏米、蓮子、番薯、薯仔等;少吃容易損傷脾胃功能的生冷食物。
腎氣與生長發育有著密切關係,熬夜傷腎,所以要早睡。平日亦不妨適量食用有補腎功效的食物,例如黑芝麻、黑木耳、黑豆、烏雞,以及果仁類如核桃、花生、開心果、栗子等。
健脾補腎湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾食材如白扁豆、薏米、蓮子、薯仔等,以及補腎食材如黑木耳、核桃、烏雞。
紅蘿蔔粟米黑豆栗子湯
功效:補益滋潤,健脾養胃,紓緩頭髮早白、髮質乾燥等症狀。
材料:新鮮淮山一根、紅蘿蔔1根、粟米1根、花生30克、黑豆30克、栗子80克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,鮮淮山、紅蘿蔔、粟米去皮切塊備用,栗子剝殼。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to promote growth
“How can we grow taller?” This is a question parents and children would often ask. Height might be hereditary, but we can expect better growth if our children have a healthier diet, exercise appropriately and get enough sleep.
Teenage girls usually experience their first menstruation at about the age of 14, grow wisdom teeth at the age of 21 or so, and this marks the end of their growth period; as for boys, they would hit puberty at about the age of 16, and develop wisdom teeth at the age of 24. It is at this point they will stop growing taller. As parents, we need to observe the children’s growth period closely, and take care of their spleen, stomach and kidney.
In order to do so, eat an appropriate amount of foods that are beneficial for the spleen and stomach, for instance, Chinese yam, white hyacinth bean, barley, lotus seed, sweet potato and potato; consume less raw and cold food, as that can hurt the spleen and stomach.
The qi in kidney and growth have a close interdependent relationship. Sleeping late will damage the kidney; therefore, it is vital to sleep early. Do consume an appropriate amount of food that can replenish the kidney, such as black sesame, black fungus, black bean, black-bone chicken, as well as nuts such as walnut, peanut, pistachio, and chestnut.
Tips for soup to strengthen spleen and nourish kidneys:
Appropriately add in spleen strengthening ingredients such as hyacinth bean, coix seed, lotus seed, potato, and kidney nourishing ingredients such as black fungus, walnut, black chicken etc.
Chestnut and black bean soup with carrot and corn
Effects: Replenishes and nourishes. Strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach. Improves early appearance of white hair and dry hair.
Ingredients: 1 Chinese yam, 1 carrot, 1 corn, 30g peanut, 30g black bean, 80g chestnut, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel Chinese yam and carrot and cut into pieces. Peel corn and cut into pieces. Peel chestnuts.

適當地添加疏肝理氣功效的食材如猴頭菇、蓮藕、佛手、蓮子等。

Relieve abdominal bloating
Do you experience abdominal bloating and discomfort all the time? Always feel like stomach gas is rushing up from the stomach? 1. Rinse all dried ingredients. Peel green radish and carrot and cut into pieces. Peel and core green papaya and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.

Tom yum goong is a type of sour and spicy Thai soup, usually cooked with shrimp or a mix of seafood, like squid, fish. In Thai language, tom means the boiling process, and yam means “mixed” or “salad”. The essential ingredients of tom yum are herbs such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, these 3 main herbs give the soup flavor, they are absolutely necessary. The rest of the ingredients are lime juice, fish sauce, Thai Chili paste and red chili crushed. Tom Yum is spicy, sour, savory, and addictive. Hope you like this video.

Tom Yum Soup Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 2~3
✎ Ingredients
shrimp 4, medium size
oyster mushrooms 80g
lemongrass 2 stalks
galangal 2 inch chunk
kaffir lime leaves 5
shallots 4
chilli Q.S
cilantro roots 2
Thai chilli paste 30g (1.5tbs)
fish sauce 35g (2.5tbs)
lime juice 20g (1.5tbs)
chicken stock 500ml
sugar 7g (1/2 tbs)
* If the chicken stock is unsalted, you can add 1/4 tbsp salt
*Most store-bought chicken stocks are salted, so don't need to add salt, you can mix 250ml stock with 250ml of water.
✎ Instructions
1. Use a scissor to cut the sharp point of the shrimp (telson and rostrum), but keep the head-on, also cut the antennas and legs. Then open the shell along the back of the shrimp and remove the shell and vein. Spoon the shrimp yellow in the head, it’s full of flavor, set aside.
2. Slice the galangal. Unlike ginger, galangal is too hard to cut through, so be carefully. Crush the lemongrass with the back of the knife, and cut into small chunks. Remove the thick vein from the lemon leaves, then tear into small pieces. Remove the leaves from cilantro, but keep the roots.
3. Pour oil into the skillet, add “shrimp yellow” and sauté over medium heat, add Thai chili paste, and cook until well combined.
4. Pour 500ml stock into the soup pot, bring to a boil, add cilantro roots, galango, lemongrass, shallots and lemon leaves, turn to the low heat, cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add shrimp yellow chili paste, stir slightly until well combined. Add mushrooms, cook until soft.
6. Add fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice.
7. Add shrimp and cook until they are all cooked through. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
8. Turn off the heat and add chiles, but this is optional.

Tom Yum Fried Chicken by Jimmy’s Table
I love making fried chicken. I love eating fried chicken. I was craving fried chicken while making Thai food and thought, "why not make a Thai style fried chicken?" Rachel and I loved eating fried chicken off the streets of Bangkok, so I decided to give it a shot. This was my first attempt and it was a success, as I stuck to the basics of marinating and deep frying. For this recipe, I marinated the chicken in Tom Yum paste to give it that sweet, sour and spicy flavor. It worked perfectly as the meat absorbed all the flavors and the crispy skin and batter on the outside gave it the tasty deep fried crunch. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients 食材:
Marinade ingredients:
Tom Yum Paste (sold in a jar at City Super) (冬蔭功醬)
1 cup of hot water (熱水)
Main ingredient:
Chicken drumsticks and thighs(雞腿肉)
Deep frying ingredients:
3 cups of white flour (麵粉)
3 tablespoons of garlic powder (蒜粉)
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper (黑胡椒)
1 tablespoon of Cayenne powder or chili powder (辣椒粉)
2 tablespoons of onion powder (洋蔥粉)
1 tablespoon of white pepper (白胡椒)
3 teaspoons of salt (鹽巴)
1 cup of milk (牛奶)
1 tablespoon of white vinegar (白醋)
Peanut oil for deep frying (花生油)
Finishing Ingredients:
Thai Sauce Ingredients (食材):

1/4 cup Fish Sauce (魚露)
1/4 cup Vinegar (白醋)
1/4 cup Sugar (糖)
1/4 cup Garlic (大蒜) - minced
2 Spicy Red Chilis (小辣椒) - minced
3 Limes (檸檬) - halved and squeezed for juice, seeds removed
Toppings:
1/4 cup deep fried shallots (炸紅蔥頭)
1/4 cup deep fried garlic (炸大蒜)
STEP 1
Make marinade. Add in 4-5 tablespoons of Tom Yum Paste into a bowl. Because the paste is thick, slowly add in boiling hot water to dissolve the paste into a thicker fluid. If you add too much, it will get too watery and reduce the flavor of the paste. Stir until even.

[TIP] Not mentioned in the video, but a good tip to fry the chicken faster and more evenly, is to take a chopstick and poke 15-20 times into the chicken meat before you soak it into the milk vinegar.
STEP 8
Add and coat the marinaded chicken into the milk vinegar mix. Then remove and place the chicken into the deep fry flour mix. Coat generously and evenly so the entire chicken is covered in the flour mix.

Carefully add the chicken into the hot oil. Be careful as the oil can pop and burn you. Lower the heat so that you can slowly fry the chicken without burning the outside. If your pot is big enough, you can deep fry more than one drumstick at a time.
小心把雞肉加入熱油中因為油會彈出。 若鍋足夠大,則可一次油炸多個雞腿。
STEP 10
Deep fry for about 10 minutes and then measure the meat temperature. If the chicken is over 80 degrees Celcius, then remove and rest on some paper towels to absorb the oils. If you don’t have a thermometer, use a chopstick and stick it in the thickest part of the meat. If the chopstick goes in and out easily, then it is ready.

中華麺を茹でるのは時間もかかるし面倒!そんな時は焼きそば麺を使って即席ラーメンにします!
スープも超簡単!特別な調味料なしで塩ラーメン風になります。スープはすごくシンプルなので、ラー油を少々とお酢をたっぷりかけるのがこのレシピのポイント!
小腹が空いた時や夜食に、面倒だけどお腹が空いたってときにぜひお試しください!
〈材料〉
焼きそば麺 1袋
卵 1個
水 300cc
鶏がらスープの素 大さじ2/3
ごま油 大さじ1/3
塩 少々

【Ramen in 5 minutes】
Today, I made "Zubo Ramen" which is recommended when you want to eat ramen very easily and quickly in Cospa! Boiling Chinese noodles is time consuming and troublesome! In such a case, use yakisoba noodles for instant ramen!
Soup is super easy! Salt ramen-like without any special seasoning. Personally, the point of this recipe is to sprinkle a bit of chili oil and vinegar!

1 bag of fried noodles
1 egg
Water 300cc
2/3 tbsp chicken soup
1/3 tbsp sesame oil
A little salt
Garlic tube 3㎝
