This is what it comes down to, set-aside the Kristal Caviar and apparent ability to create fine French fare ... to me, I find the magic at Corner House lyes on this very plate. A meticulous melody of flora, plants and vegetables reflecting the Botanical gardens that surrounds us, how they sing and dance in perfect harmony from the plate to the palate.
