✅Haemoglobin is 12.6 (very good)
✅Weight increased by 1.8kg from the last appt (too much 🥵)

✅Baby’s weight is 1.1kg - 1.2kg (normal)
✅Placenta looks good too 🥰

👣From tomorrow onwards, I need to start counting baby’s kick from 9am - 9pm. Has to be at least 10 times. But, I hardly sit down and feel baby’s kick except for night time before sleep. Hmmm, guess I’ll really need to lessen my time standing and cooking so I can keep up with the movement 🤧 Overall check were good, Baby keep on growing well and healthy yea, we will see u soon 😘

Breakfast aku pagi ni, dapatlah aku tapau Nasi Lemak Singgit depan Eco2 Shop TTDI Grove. Sorang2 je akak ni meniaga. Aku pun beli 6 bungkus.

Macam nasi lemak kampung! Sedap sambal akak ni. Singgit ada kacang, telur dadar dan timun. Nasi lemak dia makan kosong pun sedap. Sambal dia sambal bawang dan nasi lemak dia guna daun pisang 😍👍

Recommended. Mak abah aku pun kata sedap. Esok boleh beli 10 kot ni. Mcm xckup plak beli 6 bungkus 😅
