三重芝士大蘑菇黑松露牛肉漢堡配田園沙律 B10 Triple Cheese Beef Burger ($95)
等了一段時間，食物終於送到了，打卡後吃下第一口。嘩！不得了，芝士味濃，入囗即融，牛扒味道非常好，肉汁和油感十分足夠，牛肉肉質也不錯，肥瘦比例剛剛好，而且不會太硬，漢堡厚度絕對是好；不過沙律就較普通了。整體份量夠，味道又好，值得一食，推薦！
Now it’s the time for burger. Great buns are essential when it comes to good burgers, I especially love the slightly crispy edges of the toasted soft bun. Thus this is already a win for the dish!
The burger is a solid outfit of slow caramelised onions, portobello, mushroom, black truffle, cheese and of course a beef patty. A significant amount of cheese melts and coats the beef patty perfectly. It tastes rich but not getting too thick nor overwhelming.
Overall it was juicy and flavourful. Will definitely come back for the burger.
