肌肉和人類一樣,喜歡新鮮感。
所以我常常拍新的訓練,讓大家可以跟著一起做
很多朋友仔做同一個訓練運動一段時間後,
雖然越做越没難度,卻會發現效果沒初時那麼好,什至遇到平台期進步緩慢
所以今天我和幾位教練带大家一起做個新的中强度燃脂運動,這星期跟著一起做來突破平台期吧!
這個訓練對提高心肺能力、加速燃脂、修身塑形都是非常有效的!
如要減肥瘦身的朋友請務必配個健康飲食,
體脂夠低的話 【男 <12%】;【女<20%】便能輕鬆練出腹肌及人魚線
以下動作每個 20秒,休息10秒
一共重複做兩次
