Being unable to travel does it made you sad? To be honest, while I do have my fair share of travel bugs biting, I take this opportunity to be a local tourist. Earlier this year, the restaurant has welcomed a new Chef, Andrea De Paola and Chef Andrea has incorporated innovative flavours and
modern techniques to classic italian dishes to create a new menu for Zafferano. Some of the dishes that I have personally enjoyed include the Spaghetti with razor clams done in two ways – a velouté, and then smoked, charcoal grilled Mozambique langoustine as well as Cioccolato, a vegan chocolate dessert which is both pretty and yummy.
So if you have yet to visit @zafferanosg, time to book your table reservation. 😋😋
