My day sometimes starts at 7am, sometimes at 2pm. It finishes sometimes at 4pm, but mostly at 8pm. And I still need to practice yoga, do admin, cook for my partner and the list goes on 😖😩!

Yes food delivery service can be convenient but I’m not a huge fan of eating out - if you order from the big boys it’s basically eating out at home in plastic boxes! I believe home cooking is the best way for healthy eating and body weight control.
