Ingredients 材料:
Canned Corn, Drained 罐頭粟米，隔水 380g
Red Bell Pepper 紅燈籠椒 0.5pc
Mayonnaise 蛋黃醬 50g
Granulated Sugar 白砂糖 10g
Salt 鹽 1g
Ground Black Pepper 黑胡椒碎 1g
Unsalted Butter 無鹽牛油 10g
Shredded Mozzarella 馬蘇里拉芝士碎 100-120g
Green Onion 葱

I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world
【材料】(冷蔵保存3日～4日)
●茄子：5個
●ツナ缶：2缶
●あごだし(4倍濃縮)：大さじ1(めんつゆ、醤油でもOK)
●丸鶏がらスープ：大さじ1
●ごま油：大さじ2
●塩少々
●砂糖少々(更に糖質をおさえるならラカントとかオススメ)
●桃屋のきざみしょうが：大さじ1/2(勿論、普通の生姜でもOKだよ♪)
●最後にブラックペッパー
お好みでかつお節、炒りごま、ネギ
※今回は無限シリーズ、これから旬になってくる茄子ですね。
これがまた最高にご飯とお酒がすすむ超簡単なおつまみになってます。
暑い日でもレンジでチンするだけでとっても簡単に作れるし作り置きにも出来るので
おつまみ、おかず、お弁当に是非作ってみて下さい。

[Ingredients](3 to 4 days in refrigerated storage)
Eggplant: 5 pieces
Canned tuna: 2 cans
Broth made from flying fish: 1 Tbsp (Noodle soup or soy sauce is also acceptable)
Whole chicken stock powder: 1 Tbsp
Sesame oil: 2 Tbsp
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar (if you want to cut down on the sugar, I recommend Lakanto)
Chopped ginger: 1/2 Tbsp (of course, regular ginger is OK too♪)
Black pepper at the end.
Finish with bonito flakes, roasted sesame seeds and green onion on it as you like.
This time we introduced "Unstoppable eggplant" recipe since eggplant will be in season soon.
It's a super easy snack that goes well with rice and alcohol.
It's very easy to cook in the microwave even on a hot day, and you can also keep it in the fridge.
Try it as a snack, a side dish, or a lunch.
