YMD ArtSpace ขอเชิญทุกท่านร่วมเป็นเกียตริในงานเปิดและรับชมนิทรรศการศิลปะ ส่งท้ายปีนี้ ที่ทั้งเถื่อนขบถ-บั่นทอน และเดอะเบสที่สุดแห่งยุค “ ระทม ” ในวันที่อาทิตย์ 10 ธันวาคม เวลา สองทุ่ม เป็นต้นไป ที่ YMD Art Space ชั้น สาม อาคาร เดย์ มันธ์ เยียร์ คาเฟ่ (dd/mm/yyyy) เปิดเริ่มลงทะเบียนตั้งแต่หนึ่งทุ่มเป็นต้นไป โดยงานนิทรรศการครั้งนี้เริ่มจัดแสดง ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2560 ถึง13 มกราคม 2561 สามารถเข้ารับชมได้ทุกวันตามวันและเวลาทำการ (English below)
เกี่ยวกับศิลปิน
"กาตูนร์ระทม" เริ่มมีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักมาจากการเริ่มวาดผลงานกาตูนร์(ศิลปินจงใจเขียนให้ผิด)ลงทางอินเตอร์เน็ต มุขที่บาดลึกเชือดเฉือนรุนแรงแสดงถึงสันดานดิบด้านมืดของสังคมและวัฒนธรรมแบบไทยๆออกมาได้อย่างตลกร้ายจนทำให้มีผู้ติดตามผลงานและยอดไลค์สูงถึงกว่า 400,000 ไลค์ ตัวศิลปินมักจะบอกว่าเขาเมากาว หาสาระไม่ค่อยได้ และ ไม่อยากให้หาสาระในผลงานของเขา ด้วยสไตล์ภาพดิบหยาบแต่ในเนื้อแท้แล้วกลับละเอียดอ่อนสะท้อนและแฝงด้วยแง่มุมที่ชวนให้ฉุกคิด เราหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าในนิทรรศการ “ระทม” จะเต็มไปด้วยความเมามันส์ในรอยยิ้มเสียงหัวเราะอย่างบ้าคลั่ง
แต่ถ้าคุณคาดหวังว่าจะได้จริยธรรมคุณธรรมในผลงานชุดนี้คุณจะผิดหวังอย่างแน่นอนแต่ถ้าคุณอยากที่จะเห็น สังคม เซ็กส์ ความรุนแรงจะมีอยู่ใน นิทรรศการ “ ระทม ” เพราะศิลปินได้บอกใว้ว่า “เราจะไม่วาดการ์ตูนที่ชี้นำสั่งสอนคนว่าเรื่องนั้นดีเรื่องนี้ไม่ดีมันไม่ใช่แนวระทมมันเป็นแนวของคนอื่น”
YMD ArtSpace invites you to join the opening ceremony of the freakiest!! miscreantest!! and the best art exhibition of Ratom’s (Bitterness) Era on Sunday, December 10, at 8 pm at YMD Art Space, 3rd Floor, Day/Month/Years Cafe (dd / mm / yyyy). Registration will open at 7pm onwards. The exhibition will begin from 10, December 2017 to 13 January 2018. You can visit the exhibition every day in opening hours.
About artist
“Cartoon Ratom "(Bitter cartoon) became famous from some cartoons drawing works he posted on the Internet. The deep dark humour of Cartoon Ratom criticized and evinced the darkness of Thai society and culture humorously. It is no wonder that, Cartoon Ratom’s Facebook fan page was getting up to 400,000 Likes from the followers. The artist often said that he has gluey and was a nonsense person. He doesn’t want anyone to expect no-nonsense aspect from his works. Even his works are wild but still, they are full of sensibility and down-to-earth attitudes. We sincerely hope that the Ratom (Bitterness) exhibition will be filled with irresistible smile and crazy laughing.
Anyway, if you want to get some moral aspects from this work, we are sorry to tell you that you’ll be disappointed. But if you want to see the truth of society sex and violence you must go to the "Ratom" exhibition. As the artist has said that “To draw a cartoon that teaches people on what is right and wrong, good and bad is not Ratom’s style.
