Oh my word, this video brought back so many memories… to the time when the monkies were just toddlers! Because when a woman becomes a mother, her entire life changes drastically. Less sleep, less TV, less bath & poop time. And what about meal times? No more sitting down and enjoying slow, pleasant meals, that’s for sure! Instead, cold food, hurried bites and stolen treats become the new normal.
In fact, in a new survey of more than 730 mothers in Singapore, 80% indicated that their relationship with food has drastically changed since having children. 73% of mums do not sit at the dining table for a full nutritious meal, while 33% of them eat whatever they can throughout the day to avoid "wasting time" on a sit-down meal.

I didn’t know that my life was about to change when I become a mother 7 years ago. They become the most important people in my life, my purpose and my biggest motivators. So it’s only natural that I put them before me, especially during meal times.
And I’m not alone. According to a survey conducted by NAN, 80% of mums puts their children first when it comes to meal time. As a result, most of us don’t have punctual mealtimes and our diet falls short of the recommended daily nutritional requirements. Yikes!
