🤤Love it when work includes the kids, we went to @brewerkzsg to try out their new kids menu!
Every kids meal comes with a chance to the Grachapon toy machine, dessert (trafficlight cone or ice cream) and a drink (Soda, yakult or juice!)
We really enjoyed the refreshing change to @brewerkzsg menu, as they are going thru a healthier option for children - swipe to see the chicken skewers (super juicy!) with honey sausage and cherry tomatoes, pulled beef slider man tou and pork floss pizza (our favourite!)
Even for regular meals - there’s fresh seafood platter instead of fried food! My hubby not an seafood person, said he totally 💯 enjoyed it!
To top up the entire experience, we highly recommended their Truffle Ice cream & Winter sonata grass jelly with balls! #sinful but soooo scrumptious 😋

お正月に余がちなお餅をリメイクできるレシピ。ぜひ作ってみてくださいね♫
カリカリカレー餅ピザ
2人分
材料:
切り餅 4個
ツナ缶 1缶
ピーマン 1個
ミニトマト 4個
玉ねぎ 1/4個
バター 10g
水 100ml
カレールー 1片
ケチャップ 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1/4
ピザチーズ 50g
サラダ油 大さじ1
パセリ(みじん切り) 適量
作り方:
1.カレーソースを作る。ツナは缶汁をきる。ピーマンはタネをくりぬいて5㎜厚さの輪切りにする。ミニトマトはへたを取って輪切りにする。玉ねぎは5㎜厚さに切る。
2.耐熱ボウルに玉ねぎ、バターを入れてラップをして600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。混ぜてから水、ツナ、カレールー、ケチャップ、砂糖、ピーマンを加えてラップをして600Wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。よく混ぜる。
3.切り餅は厚みを半分に切ってから4等分に切る。フライパンを熱してサラダ油をひき、餅を隙間ないようにひろげる。蓋をして弱火で6分加熱する。膨らんで裏がカリッとしたら返す。(2)のソースをかけてひろげ、ミニトマト、チーズをちらし、再び蓋をして弱火で6分加熱する。
4.チーズが溶けたら器に取り出す。パセリを振ったら、完成!

Mochi Curry Pizza
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
4 mochi
1 canned tuna
1 bell pepper
4 cherry tomatoes
1/4 onion
10g butter
100ml water
1 curry roux cube
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon sugar
50g shredded cheese
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Some parsley
PREPARATION
1. To make curry sauce, drain a can of tuna. Slice a bell pepper (5mm), cherry tomatoes, and onion.
2. Put onion slices and butter in a bowl. Wrap with a plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Add tuna, bell pepper slices, water, curry roux, ketchup, and sugar. Wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
3. Slice mochi into halves and cut into 4 pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, place mochi pieces. Cook with a lid on for 6 minutes over low heat. Flip when the bottom is crispy. Spread curry sauce (2). Put some cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese. Cook with a lid on for another 6 minutes over low heat.
4. Ready to serve when all the cheese is melted. Put some parsley as you like.
5. Enjoy!

Recently, we found ourselves dining at a so-called sushi place (specifically running sushi / sushi go round / sushi train restaurant) with the weirdest sushi options. One sushi had a cherry on top, dyed part green and with whipped cream. It tasted gross and looked like an oompa loompa sushi.
So that inspired this video, 10 weirdest types of sushi.
1) Deep-Fried Sushi
- Served in KFC Thailand
- Tempura batter or panko style
2) Fruit Sushi
- Usually a dessert sushi
- Rice can be cooked with coconut, vanilla & sugar
