TGIF~~ Decided to check out the $2.99 burger promo deal @burgerplussg and got some extra chicken wings as well 😆 the crispy chicken burger was decent for the price, slightly dry but the mayo sauce made up for it. Prefer the half chicken ($7.99) to the burger as they were saucy enuff u’ll be licking ur fingers. i picked the Hot Yangnyeom flavor which had a nasty good spicy kick 🌶🌶🌶👍 but if the people whom u r sharing with can’t really take the heat, it’s better to choose the other 3 flavors cos the spice is no joke 😜

Pallet Garden Cafe is an open space non air-conditioned cafe located in Lebuh Carnarvon Penang. When your tandoori chicken is served and U’re eager to dig in... and ended up burning your fingers ! 😅😅😅😅

I always felt that thigh n drumstick is less meat than the breast part (thus less value for the same price) but I’ll always order thigh + drumstick coz I like drumstick 🍗meat!! :P

Unlike normal fried chicken, Korean fried chicken is coated with sauces, similar to the likes of buffalo wings. All around the world, there is a craze for everything Korean, from fashion, celebrity, plastic surgery to food. 4 fingers fried chicken is one of the popular Korean fast food joints in Singapore. Although they serve one of the best Korean fried chicken in Singapore, I'll be damn to pay SGD8.45 for 6 winglettes or drumlettes. That's like almost SGD3 for 1 whole chicken wing. Man that's decadence. No, I refuse to pay that price. To satisfy my craving for some of these yummy Korean fried chicken, I requested Roland to make them for me instead. So here we are, sharing his recipe with you.

Ingredients:
Makes about 10 chicken wings or 20 half wings

Marinate for the wings
---------------
1 kg chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of grounded black pepper
200g of cornflour

How to make the sauce
---------------
5 cloves of garlic - chopped
1/4 cup of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chilli flakes - optional
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
