Matcha-Chocolate Power Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup Dates อินทผาลัม
1/2 cup Almonds อัลมอนด์เมล็ดเต็ม
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
1 Tbsp Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
2 Tsp Almond Milk
Procedure
1. Place all the dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse. Blend until they all come together like crushed peanuts, not too powdery.
2. With the machine running, slowly pour Almond milk. One teaspoon at a time. If the dough comes together as a ball, that means too much liquid!
3. Roll dough into a ball, size depends on your preference.
4. Dip the power balls in Matcha Powder or Cocao Powder. Or roll them with Crushed Almonds or Coconut Flakes.
5. Store in the airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator up to 5 days for freshness. That's one week full of healthy snacks at work!!!
