好多人問我能不能做一個星巴克不同奶的熱量表
其實我自己也很好奇
所以上網做了功課
也問了在星巴克工作的朋友
這次做了兩個我最常喝的星巴克經典飲料
咖啡密斯朵＆拿鐵！
他們兩個的差別就是
咖啡密斯朵是一半奶一半咖啡
那提在Short（小）Tall（中）杯裡面都是各加一個shot，就是30c.c
而在Grande（大）Venti（特大）杯裡面則是各兩個shot，所以總共是60c.c
那提的做法是少許的濃縮咖啡加上大量的牛奶。
所以熱量也會比咖啡密斯朵多滿多的！
所以想省錢又想省熱量的朋友就推薦咖啡密斯朵
注重口感～不怕熱量高的朋友就很推薦那提
