#HappyHour #慶祝香港係奧運奪金銀牌 🥳🥳🎉🎉實在太高興！🤩要去飲杯高興下！🍸去咗 Lounge Hakuba試咗新推出嘅日式雞尾酒，去唔到日本睇奧運，去日式cocktail bar當去咗🤪😂！試咗4款雞尾酒，由調酒師Brian設計，包括清葵Wachini雞美酒：好IG-able，以Hendrick’s Gin 加入紫蘇、青瓜、檸檬汁、秋葵、梳打等調配，邊吃一口紫菜或青瓜，帶出更多雞尾酒的青瓜及秋葵香氣！Komorebi以梅酒作base，充滿果香，適合女仔飲。仲試咗平成 Heisei ，表面係啤酒，其實係充滿果香嘅whisky based雞尾酒，以及以宇治金時作藍本嘅京之抹Kyoto Matcha雞尾酒，甜甜地帶抹茶紅豆味嘅rum based雞尾酒，其實都好strong!😂😂😂仲配咗幾款送酒日式小食，自家製雞軟骨肉丸好食，個炸麵底好邪惡！ #Cheers! 🥳🥳🎉🎉🍸😋

Can’t go to Japan to see Olympic, let’s go to Japanese cocktail bar to pretend I’m in Tokyo! 🤪😂Tried 4 cocktails curated by mixologist Brian Chan including Wachini (very IG-able, Hendrick’s Gin based), with shiso, wasabi, lemon juice, soda & cucumber, it’s refreshing and interesting to pair with seaweed & cucumber to bring out more cucumber & wasabi flavours from the cocktail! Komorebi is Matcha Umeshu based and fruity! It’s a lady-friendly cocktail! Heisei looks like a bottle of beer, but it’s a whisky-based fruity cocktail. Kyoto Matcha is a rum based cocktail with matcha & red bean touch, the taste is stronger than expected! 😂😂😂Paired with a few Japanese snacks, Tsukuba Chicken Softbone Meatball with deep fried noodles is really not-to-be-missed! #Cheers! 🥳🥳🎉🎉🍸😋
