No weird-tasting cookies as well because ultimately we would like to get something that’s familiar to our sense of taste. Trust us, these are simply just home-baked yummy cookies worth munching on. 1) Chocolate Cookies & Cream [$40HKD] 我的No.1❤️ 朱古力曲奇裡面有朱古力碎，曲奇忌廉碎和Cookies & Cream流心醬。有點像我最喜歡的日本零食：雷神！
2) Hazelnut Nutella [$40HKD] 朱古力碎曲奇裡面混合了榛子和流心Nutella！的確有點膩，但味道超讚👍🏼
3) Triple Chocolate [$40HKD] 朱古力曲奇裡面塞滿了白朱古力，黑朱古力和牛奶朱古力🍫 因為沒有流心，所以顯得更脆口！
4) Matcha Macadamia White Chocolate Chip [$50HKD] 眾曲奇之中，流心最厲害的！宇治抹茶曲奇裡面有白朱古力和夏威夷果仁🍵 因為本人沒有特別喜歡綠茶，但抹茶控必會一試難忘。
5) Cereal Milk filled Cinnamon Cookie [$50HKD] 會漏奶的肉桂曲奇🤫 對它最感興趣，卻跌到落排行榜的尾二... 可能是因為等了一天才食，所以沒有即日食的新鮮味美。
6) Vietnamese Coffee [$50HKD] 咖啡合桃曲奇裡面有越南咖啡醬☕️ 相信流心部分混合了煉奶！
Let it be known that all men are jerks... I thought I’d give all my love and loyalty to Cookie.Dpt, yet here I am cheating on them🙃 Remember that time when @oddiesfoodies almost had to close down? That’s when they started to push out Cookie Vission🍪
I had high expectations for these #cookies, and they still succeeded in completely blowing my mind😍 You can order online with a minimum order of 6pcs, and they deliver straight to your door! Here’s a ranking based on my personal preference:
1) Chocolate Cookies & Cream [$40HKD] My fav❤️
2) Hazelnut Nutella [$40HKD] This can be a little filling but absolutely worth the calories😈
3) Triple Chocolate [$40HKD] This one has no molten lava centre, which gives the cookie extra crisp!🍫
4) Matcha Macadamia White Chocolate Chip [$50HKD] This one is overflowing with gooey matcha ganache! 🍵
5) Cereal Milk filled Cinnamon Cookie [$50HKD] Was looking fwd to this the most, but it probably let me down cuz I didn’t devour it on the day of delivery😭
6) Vietnamese Coffee [$50HKD] I think there’s a huge dose of condensed milk in this one☕️ @ Hong Kong

Từ 3 gói bánh Oreo mình tự chế 3 món tráng miệng siêu nhanh gọn cho mọi người làm.

Món Oreo bọt biển khuấy đều lên uống cực ngon, ai ăn kiêng có thể thay đường bằng đường ăn kiêng cũng được nhé.
Món kem Oreo không cần dùng máy làm kem cũng rất mềm xốp, không cần đánh dăm đá. Chú ý đường là nguyên liệu quan trọng, mọi người có thể giảm nhưng không nên giảm quá nhiều nhé.
Món kem que Oreo thì mọi người nên dùng sữa nguyên kem, sữa béo là ngon nhất, nếu có kem tươi dùng nữa thì quá tốt rồi. Hoặc cũng có thể mix tùy thích lượng kem-sữa luôn. Càng nhiều kem thì càng mềm béo nhé. Phần tinh bột dùng để giảm tạo tinh thể nước đá và làm cứng kem. Mình học hỏi từ món kem chuối "thuần việt". Khi tìm hiểu thì hóa ra nó cũng là một cách làm kem từ vùng Scily của nước Ý, hay còn gọi là Sicilian-Style Gelato.

You don't need an ice-cream maker to make this giant ice cream rose. A whisker is enough (you can even beat and whisk by hand). The dessert can serve as ice-cream after being frozen or mousse after left in the fridge. If you are a choco-mania, you definitely should try this out.

INGREDIENTS

A. Oreo espresso chocolate mousse

6 g gelatin (leaves or powder, I prefer leaves)
100 ml milk
2 packs instant coffee
2 large egg yolks
40 gram icing or granulated sugar - sifted
200 gram dark chocolate chunks or chocochip
400 ml whipping cream - cold
8 Oreo cookies

B. Chocolate sauce

80 ml milk - very hot
100 g dark chocolate chip or chocolate chunks
