今天是100天挑戰的最後一天! 4/2那天我決定要參加IG上的100天挑戰。當時我給自己的目標是要在這100天裡，每天都至少要發一篇貼文。

我做到啦～～ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ 痛哭流涕

要天天發貼文對我說是蠻困難的事，想要發什麼內容，要發哪張圖等等，即使我早就有一堆圖坐在那邊等著我發，我還是會因為不知道要說什麼，最後索性就不發了..
.
參加這個100天挑戰對我來說是很好的練習，練習不要想太多，不管如何，有發文就是比沒發文好。人不會因為什麼都不做就神奇的突然進步，天天發文，即使今天的內容不怎麼樣，但至少有在嘗試，就有機會做的比以前好。

Today is the last day of my 100 days challenge! I set my goal as just simply making a post every day since 4/2 2018.

I made it. ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

It was hard for me to think about what to write or even what to post. Usually I wouldn’t post anything for a long time even though I had a lot of photos sitting around.

The 100 days challenge was a great exercise for me to stop overthinking and just post something.
