考考你， 如果喺個shopping mall 入面，你唔識我，我唔識你，我叫你幫我填份問卷，係唔增加洗費，唔講大話，亦都唔逼人、唔求人情況下， 點樣能夠可以將同意填問卷率倍升呢?

根據心理學教授 San Bolkan and Peter Anderson， 佢哋2009年嘅時候做過一個研究， 純粹就咁問:「先生/小姐，可唔可以幫我填份問卷呀?」29%嘅人OK。

但如果你喺前面加多句 "Mr/Ms, do you consider yourself to be a helpful person?“ (你覺得自己係咪一個願意幫助他人嘅人?) 當然個個回答得都答 Yes 啦。 之後再問佢可唔可以填份問卷，咁回答OK比率就由29%大升至77%。 足足升咗1倍半。

點解? 呢個叫做 Law of Commitment and Consistency 承諾及一致性法則

因為如果你就咁問佢，佢好容易答 No. 但如果你先問佢「你係唔係一個 helpful person?」 佢答咗yes之後，就已經commit (承諾)咗自己所講的說話， 再要求佢幫你手的話，佢就會 consistent (一致性)好多。

應用喺你盤生意道， 假設你係賣健康食品的， 可唔可以先問你人客，「健康重唔重要呀? 降低壞膽固醇重唔重要呀?」佢答重要，先再推銷你嘅產品呢? 開酒吧嘅，就問下人客: 「人生最開心嘅贊唔贊成係今朝有酒，今朝醉呀? 」答 yes 的話， 你估你賣酒又會唔會多好多呢? 可能你覺得好低能，Whatever it is，目的都係令人客掘個窿畀自己踩入去， 咁佢就更加甘心，聽你話。
