Home to pristine coral reefs, Tunku Abdul Rahman marine park offers a variety of fun activities to do including snorkelling and scuba diving as well as Coral Flyer zipline, the longest island-to-island zipline in Borneo. All 5 islands in the park are easily accessible from Kota Kinabalu city, the nearest being 15 minutes by boat and the furthest takes about one hour away.

...•Tanjung Datu’s coral reefs are home to a number of venomous creatures, including Sea Snakes, Coral Snakes, Stonefish and Cone Shells. Marine Snakes are usually harmless if undisturbed, and if seen should be left well alone•... Stonefish may conceal themselves in mud or sand surrounding the coral, especially at low tide, so do not walk or swim barefoot around coral reefs•... Cone Shells are highly venomous and should not be handled under any circumstances•...

德國水道
德國水道不是天然的航道，而是人工挖掘而成的；一九零零年，德國一所礦業公司為了到南端的小島開採磷礦，但是礙於洛克群島四周的天然屏障，就在此用炸藥挖掘的一條人工水道，以便利運輸船支出入而得名。德國水道全長366公尺，水深3公尺，目前這個特殊水道在生態上扮演了一個很重要的角色。
德國水道海底深度大約從20公尺起，因海域寬闊且沒有太多銳利礁岩，相當適合深潛初學者體驗，可一窺奇特的珊瑚群外，大批洄游梭魚群，可說是德國水道必看的迷人景象，運氣好的話，可看到魟魚或是玳瑁的蹤影。
