I seldomly have a chance to have a drink with sis Barbara Wong 黃真真 in Central nowadays & I recommended the newly opened PIIN Restaurant to try! They’ve over 1000 wine choices. It’s only $350 for a wine flight during happy hour with 1 snack & 3 tasting portions of wine. They use Coravin to pour u nice wines. If u like red wines, they can offer u a flight of Bourgogne red wine from different regions. If u r greedy like me, u can request & see if u can order a sparkling, white & red wine (tasting portions) for a flight. We tried the pan-fried Wagyu dumplings as snack!
