之前已經嚟過食晚餐,夜晚氣氛浪漫💕,今次朝頭早嚟感覺好唔同😚。知道星期六日有提供brunch,特登同草根妹妹來試一試。

除咗有Brunch Menu同時提供lunch set,而lunch set加錢可以叫埋小食同甜品,計落會較抵食🤟🏻。

📍金文畢芝士球3件 (+$42)
Camembert Cheese Ball 3 pcs
芝士波波同平日嘅好唔同,唔係炸,而喺中間有cream cheese🧀,外面包住大量nuts同乾果。食落好滑,加上nuts增加咬口,最後再淋上蜜糖🍯甜甜鹹鹹非常好食😋。

叫咗個lunch set,包一杯飲品。牛扒一睇到已經失望👉🏻👈🏻,比想像中薄好多🥩,食唔出牛味而且比較韌😔。牛扒本身冇調味,一定要配旁邊嘅磨菇汁去食,個汁喺值得讚,好香菇味🍄。另外以蘋果做配菜🍎🍏。但整體令人失望,唔建議大家點呢款。

幼身薯條炸得脆身唔油膩🍟,而最精彩嘅係旁邊配有黑松露芝士豆乳醬,黑松露味非常香濃,味道酸酸地令人非常開胃❤️。

食brunch必叫嘅EEG Benedict 賣相好靚😍,酸種包口感煙韌,水波蛋冇煮得過熟切開流出誘人蛋汁🐣,荷蘭汁嘅質感同顏色都做得唔錯。整體雖然未算有驚喜,不過都叫合格。

📍明太子紅蝦沙律牛角堡 ($78)
Croissant with Mentaiko & Red Shrimp Salad
🥐牛角包鬆脆,中間夾住生菜🥬、蕃茄🍅、紅蝦同明太子沙律醬。第一啖味道令人聯想起金拱門嘅魚柳包,不過紅蝦食落當然會較鮮味🦐,味道不錯。

📍朱古力心太軟蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕 ($68)

心太軟切開會有朱古力醬流出🍫,口感濕潤,朱古力味非常濃郁,旁邊配有一球雲呢拿雪糕🍨,不過雪糕未夠香。

Basque Burnt Cheesecake
Cheesecake口感香軟幼滑🧀,食落入口即溶味道唔錯。不過以呢個價錢嚟講份量較細🍰,有啲貴。

One of the latest cafe spots that any cafe hoppers should check out is Little Collins Street Cafe, found right next to the bustling Burmah Road. This new cafe is manned by the same team from Belle and Cream, but offering a completely different atmosphere and more food items (mostly pastries). The seating spaces are available on ground floor and upper floor though the former one is more like a communal seating area. On the food menu- most items are pastries, cookies and cakes, there is no main menu. Quite a nice place to check out especially on the minimalist interior decor... would paint a nice picture to your social media page.

Found in an unusual spot of Air Hitam... a stone's throw distance away from the entrance to Kek Lok Si, Heh Cafe is one of the latest hang out spots in the neighborhood. The cafe is very spacious and cozy inside, with minimalist design and a lot of windows to allow natural light to bask in. The seating capacity is quite big but not all tables are comfortable, some stools can be unbelievably low and uncomfortable so that entirely depends on your luck (it's perfectly fine if you are just ordering drinks). On the food offering, it has a display fridge and corner that showcase all the pastries and cakes available- from Tarts, Cakes, Brownies to French Pastries. No mains are offered though. Quite a cozy space for a drink but the choices can be a little limited.

材料:
牛角麵包:中筋麵粉 65g,高筋麵粉 65g,砂糖 10g,鹽 2g,酵母 5g,水 70ml,牛油 74g
提拉米蘇:馬斯卡邦芝士 180g,忌廉 80ml,咖啡香精 1/2 tsp,朱古力粉
做法:
1. 將中筋麵粉,高筋麵粉,砂糖,鹽,酵母,水,牛油(9g)搓勻,冷藏 30分鐘
2. 將麵團壓平,包入牛油(65g),反覆對接壓扁,冷藏 30分鐘
3. 灑上少許麵粉,將麵團壓成薄片切成三角形,捲起,發酵 1小時
4. 刷上蛋水後用180℃焗15分鐘
5. 打發馬斯卡邦芝士,分段加入忌廉,咖啡香精,打發
6. 放入唧袋,唧在牛角麵包上,灑上朱古力粉

※ INGREDIENTS:
Croissant: 65g All-Purpose Flour, 65g Heavy Flour, 10g Sugar, 2g Salt, 5g Yeast, 70ml Water, 74g Butter, Egg
Tiramisu Filling: 180g Mascarpone Cheese, 80ml Heavy Cream, 1/2 tsp Coffee Essence, Cocoa Powder
※ PREPARATION
1. Sift the all-purpose flour and heavy flour. Make 3 holes for sugar, salt, yeast and add them. Add water and combine. When it starts to form together, add butter and mix again. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the refrigerated dough and place butter in the middle. Wrap the butter around.
3. Roll out puff pastry and fold the dough letter style and repeat this three times. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the refrigerated dough and cut into triangular shape. Cut 1cm edge of dough and roll. Let it stand in room temperature for 1 hour.
5 . Brush off egg wash to coat the croissant and bake in 180 C oven for 15 minutes.
6. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, coffee essence and move it to piper.
7. Pipe the fillings on croissant and sprinkle cocoa powder.

芝士醬:忌廉 100g,格拉娜·帕達諾芝士 20g,蛋黃醬 1 tbsp,檸檬汁 1 tbsp,胡椒粉
牛角麵包 1,番茄 2片,洋蔥 2片,羅馬生菜 2片,芝士醬,煎蛋,糖粉
做法:
1. 將牛肉薄片,砂糖,豉油,味醂,胡椒粉拌勻
2. 落鍋炒牛肉,炒熟備用
3. 在鍋加入忌廉,格拉娜·帕達諾芝士,蛋黃醬,檸檬汁,胡椒粉,煮勻
4. 在牛角麵包上按次序加上芝士醬,番茄,洋蔥,羅馬生菜,韓式炒牛肉,芝士醬,煎蛋,牛角麵包,糖粉

▪ INGREDIENTS:
-Main Ingredient: 1 Croissant, 1 Egg, 2 Piece Tomato, 2 Piece Onion, 2 Green Lettuce
-Beef Bulgogi: 100g Sirloin Steak, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Mirin, Pepper
-Cheese Sauce: 100g Heavy Cream, 20g Grana Padano Cheese, 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Pepper
*French Fries, Powdered Sugar, Beer
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Marinate 100g sirloin steak with 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp mirin and little bit of pepper.
2. In a pan, make cheese sauce by combining 100g heavy cream with 20g Grana Padano cheese, 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp lemon juice and little bit of pepper.
3. Heat up the pan and add little bit of oil. Cook sunny-side up eggs.
4. Clean up the pan and add little bit of oil. Cook sirloin steak until the juice reduces.
5. Spread 2 Tbsp cheese sauce on the bottom of the croissant. Place 2 piece thinly sliced tomato – 2 piece thinly sliced onion, 2 green lettuce, and cooked beef bulgogi – 3 Tbsp cheese sauce – fried egg on top. Cover with the other half of croissant.
6. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the burger. Enjoy with French fries and beer.
