【緊急呼籲:全球聲援泰國抗爭者 呼籲泰國皇室推行政治改革】
【Please scroll down for English version】

【Emergency: Global Support for Thai Protests The Thai Monarch must undergo imminent reforms】
On 16th Oct, over ten thousand protestors rallied in the city center of Bangkok under the banner of pro-democratic reforms. The Thai police force responded with water-cannon trucks in a violent crackdown over peaceful protests. We condemn the Thai Government for its contempt and disrespect of the appeal from the Thai people. We call on the Government to exercise self-restraint and to advance substantial political reforms in lieu of relentless political prosecutions under inhumane laws.
Ever since July, the Student Movement had attracted global scrutiny on Thailand. A country who had upheld a trinity of nation, religion and king since 1932. The Future Forward Party was dissolved by force. Legislators had been disqualified and pro-democracy figures had been forbidden to form political parties. The Government is also suspected of puppeteering the disappearance of dissenting figures, whether or not they are in-exile. We believe that the Thai Government ought to exercise self-restraint on these infringement of rights and liberties as well. We stand in solidarity with Thai protestors, in support of their demands including but not limited to the dissolution of the Parliament, to stop ruling with terror, to release all detainees and to lay down a new constitution.
Universal religious freedom does not serve as a basis for the state to undermine and overturn the essential thoughts of peace and freedom, which are endemic to the Enlightenment. The claim by a totalitarian regime based on the divine right to rule can be interpreted as a revival of an obsolete thinking, which should have been left in medieval times. It is no excuse to repress the many freedoms the people are entitled to, as well as their dignity as human beings and the fundamental civil liberties and rights.
A great number of undemocratic authoritarian regimes had survived or sprouted after the third wave of democratization, dating back from the last century. There is indeed a new surge of authoritarian states which devours the values of democracy we hold so dearly. The year of 2019 marks a crusade of peace-loving, democratic protestors risking their all to motivate change, in hope that their homelands will embrace reforms and undergo genuine democratization. The people have spoken, from Hong Kong to Taiwan, to Belarus and many more.
We believe the wind of change is inevitable. Democracy shall prevail over the authoritarian regimes that creep in shadows. We call on every freeman to voice out against tyranny, as of duty and belief.
Democracy now.

′′ When I Get In The Ward, Look At The Ceiling, Many Creatures Creep!" April 19, 2017
.
I want to share my experience while I'm in the hospital. This is from the glasses of a person with a close eye.
.
When I enter the hospital ward, my sepet eyes will surely look around the top and bottom because of too many creatures that cannot be seen with rough eyes. I'm not meant to scare anyone, but that's the experience of a sepet eye
.
CASE ONE * 1 ⃣
I walked into the ward of 3th grade of Big Hospital ***** ******. When I looked at the ceiling, so many creatures creep. There is a round eye, long eye, long eye, long ear, there is a horny face. They seem to wait for the moment to jump down.
At the end, I saw a man walk holding his own head. Blood shredded out of his neck. Nurses and doctors as usual do their responsibilities.
.
I'm the only one who sometimes sees under the patient's bed, the dead body is sleeping underneath it. A child pulls his mother's hand as his finger points to the board under the bed. The mother's mad at her child.
Next time mothers who have children like this, believe me they can see what others can't see with rough eyes.
.
CASE TWO * 2 ⃣
I see so many people coming to visit their sick family members during visiting time. A woman looks like her way so slow. On top of it there is a monkey on the ground and his eyes are reddish. When I told my wife, she kept silent. I keep reading the Quran verse and then I blow into the creature.
.
The creature fell down and the woman was swollen before being held by her family who thought she would be dead or unwell. The creature woke up and his face looks so angry. He knows who the owner is that caused him to fall. Her eyes look right towards me.
.
I read the qursi verse and exhale once again, it disappears.
′′ Laa, why did you blow it?
In a while the ward will be noisy,"
Greet the wife when I tell her back. It's true, I'm just speechless. That's my attitude to see anyone carrying a supernatural that he doesn't know. I'll make it from afar and sometimes I'm being attacked when I fall asleep.
.
CASE THREE * 3 ⃣
While I saw a crowd surround a man, apparently he is on the verge of death.
Kids are busy with handphones, call here. Might be telling relatives about their father's news.
.
The busiest thing is the creature with long ears, long horns disturbing the man. At this moment we should whisper Laaila Haillallah's sentence to her. We teach him that sentence.
.
Not what we see and say to dad," Dad, say dad. Saying..." while sobbing. If we love them, we help them now.
.
Caring for mobile phone, whisper in his ear Laaila haillallah. At that moment his eyes just look up. He was disturbed actually.
If we love dads and moms when they are almost around it doesn't matter if boys or girls teach your parents. That's our love for them. Don't just look and cry.
Sometimes if I visit, I will advise and teach children about this word. Let them end it with a good finish.
.
CASE FOUR * 4 ⃣
Once I went to the morgue to ask for a mother's death letter. I see some creatures standing near the coffin. I'm just not sure if the fridge belongs to them. They dress as usual as we see in humans. There are also ugly faces, but the face is broken, the tongue is wiped out. Quickly I found the mailing out and went straight to his office.
.
Case FIVE * 5 ⃣
I went to the heart ward while visiting my mother in law. A nurse is so diligent in helping the patient.
But without him realizing he was following something. Long hairstyles walk behind her.
Where ever the nurse went she'll follow. His eyes just look down. Sometimes her hair will get stuck on the nurse's shoulder and I see the nurse swollen as if she's itchy. I can only see without doing anything to the nurse. It's normal when working in the hospital. That's why it's best for us to practice the verse of Al Matsur
.
Before going out of the hospital we read the matsurat sentence or qursi sentence then we blow left, right, front and back before going home. Practice it.
.
We don't know what follows us home. The victim is our children.

ROBOCOP (1987) was released today.
Let’s celebrate one of the best movies ever made.
“I’d buy that for a dollar!”
The screenplay had been offered to (and been rejected by) virtually every big director in Hollywood before Paul Verhoeven got hold of it. He threw it away after reading the first pages, convinced it was just a dumb action movie. However, his wife read it all the way through and convinced him that the story was layered with many satirical and allegorical elements, after which Verhoeven finally decided to direct the film.
The RoboCop suit was designed by Rob Bottin and his team. The production team wasn't satisfied with the initial design, and kept changing it and putting additions to it for months. Ultimately, nothing seemed to work and they went back to what was pretty much Bottin's original design. This caused considerable delays, and by the time the suit was completed, it was three weeks late and arrived at the studio on the day that the first RoboCop scene was scheduled to be shot. It took 11 hours for Bottin's people to fit Peter Weller into the suit, and when it was done Weller found that all his mime exercises were now useless because he needed time to get used to the suit and to perform as a robot in it. Production was halted so that Weller and his mime coach, Moni Yakim, could learn how to move in the suit. The suits were the most expensive items on set. While the price range varies, the producers indicated that they spent anywhere between US$500,000 to US$1 million for the suit.
A very unique part of this movie like other Paul Verhoeven movies is how he brings you more into the universe, news coverage and fake commercials are featured in the film all combined are over 5 minutes long. The world of future Detroit was actually shot in Dallas, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Los Angeles. The locations were all seamlessly woven together making it feel like one city by Production Designer William Sandell.
Because the hands of the ROBOCOP suit were made of foam rubber, the car keys would bounce off of Peter Weller's hand every time he attempted to catch them. The production took up to 50 takes and an entire day's worth of filming before finally getting the shot right.
Paul Verhoeven and Robocop suit creator Rob Bottin clashed repeatedly before and during production over the design and make-up of the RoboCop character. What they argued most about was the scene where Murphy takes off his helmet. Bottin wanted the scene to be filmed in a darkened area, fearing that harsh light would reveal too much of the make-up effects; Verhoeven wanted the scene to be filmed as brightly as possible, citing that director of photography Jost Vacano would be able to light it properly without revealing anything. Verhoeven got his way and Bottin refused to talk to him any further for the remainder of production. However, at the premiere, both men were so impressed with how the scene had turned out, that they instantly forgave each other. Bottin, who had even vowed to never again work with Verhoeven, happily accepted the offer to work on Verhoeven's next project, Total Recall (1990).
To Bring ED-209 designed by the great Craig Davis to life for some of the sequences Phil Tippet and Randal M. Dutra in my opinion did some of the best stop motion work ever done, I think what makes it so epic and memorable is yes it’s super smooth and almost seamless the way it cuts from stop motion to go motion but what’s truly special to me is the amount of character and humor they were able to provide for ED-209, this being the perfect example, the way ED-209 tries to navigate the stairs its almost toddler like, the sound editors even added a baby tantrum mixed with a pig sound effect as ED-209 tries to get up at the bottom of the stairs. stop motion animators Harry Walton and Tom St. Amand also helped make some beautiful work on this sequence.
Enforcement Droid 209's voice is that of producer Jon Davison, its growls are of a jaguar, and its squeals are of a pig. ED-209's body was based on the design of a Bell helicopter and the overall appearance is reminiscent of a line of toys named Robotech (1985) which were based on a 1980s Japanese anime series.
Peter Weller said one of his favorite memories of his film career was filming the drug bust sequence. While filming the sequence, Weller was listening to Peter Gabriel's song "Red Rain" on his Walkman inside the RoboCop helmet as he exchanged gunfire with various bad guys.
“Guns,Guns,Guns”
The shootout at the cocaine factory was not originally intended to be so fast-paced. The automatic guns used in the scene kept malfunctioning during filming. Most camera shots did not provide more than three seconds of usable footage, because most guns were usually jammed by that time. This necessitated quick cuts during editing, which proved to be advantageous for the scene.
RoboCop's first Directive, "Serve the public trust", was inspired by a fortune cookie.
The convenience store robber was played by the movie's stunt men who gladly accepted to be one of RoboCop's victims and contributed the idea of being hit into the door of the glass cooler.
The film was submitted to the MPAA 12 times before securing an R rating.
The script for Robocop was rejected by just about every major movie studio since it was conceived in the early 1980s. Orion films took the chance and Robocop's success continued on with 2 follow up sequels to the movie, two cartoon series, a television show, several comic book series, and a made for TV series of 4 movie length episodes as well as a fan made parody film. It has also spawned over a billion dollars in children and adult toy lines and collector statues which are still being released to date.
“Your move creep”
In Sacramento, California, a robbery suspect fled into a darkened movie theatre to escape pursuing police. He became so engrossed in the movie playing on screen (RoboCop), that he failed to notice that police had evacuated all other patrons from the theatre. When the lights flipped on, the stunned man was taken into custody.

It is hard to lose weight. Eighty percent of people who lose weight regain it within a year. Many of those people may have done everything right, only to see the number on the scale creep back up in defiance. There’s a reason for that. Your brain doesn’t want you to lose weight, and it throws everything it can at the problem to keep it from happening.
Drop It Like It’s Not:
Your body doesn’t like change. Take temperature, for instance. If your body temperature goes even a degree or two above or below good of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit (37 degrees Celsius), all sorts of systems kick into gear to put you back at baseline. If you’re hot, your capillaries expand to let off heat and you begin to sweat to cool yourself down. If you’re cold, your capillaries restrict and begin to shiver to bring your body back up to a comfortable temperature.
The same thing is true of your weight. Your weight has what’s known as a “set point” that your brain thinks is healthiest. If you start cutting your calories, you’ll probably lose weight, often in the form of fat. When you lose fat, it decreases your levels of leptin, one of the “hunger” hormones that generally makes you feel full. Your brain notices that decrease and goes on the defensive by increasing your hunger to make you eat more and slowing your metabolism to conserve energy. That increase in hunger is why dieting can make those stale snacks you’ve had in the pantry forever suddenly look unbelievably appealing.
The slowdown in your metabolism is harder to notice, however. There’s something called non-exercise activity thermogenesis, or NEAT, that describes the energy you expend for everything that isn’t sleeping, eating, or working out — things like walking to the kitchen, doing yard work, playing with your phone, or even fidgeting. When you eat less, your NEAT reduces in ways that probably go under the radar. You might be a little less fidgety, or walk to the kitchen just a little less boisterously. That’s your body conserving energy. Its goals may be different than yours, but its heart is in the right place.
We’re All Friends Here:
So how do you sit your brain down and explain that this weight is where you’d like to be? We hate to disappoint you, but the answer is pretty boring: Eat fruits and vegetables, unrefined grains, and plenty of protein. Strive for slow, steady weight loss. Instead of vowing to drop 10 pounds before summer, try to eat a vegetable with every meal or cut out alcohol on weekdays. Get plenty of sleep, regular exercise, and try to keep your stress levels under control. The key is to keep your body comfortable with the process so it doesn’t sabotage your efforts. If you’re kind to your body, your body is more likely to be kind back.

Dear Fam,
Toxic family members and how I would deal with them.
So I decided to re-upload this vlog without the beginning footage. I honestly thought it was such a heartwarming and endearing clip of my son declaring his love for me. I shared it with my own family and friends and thought since he was censored out (no inappropriate parts are shown), it would be fine. The clip showed his bare back and his legs. Yes, I did check Youtube beforehand and it didn't violate the guidelines BUT I know you guys do have a point. As much as I adore my Bubz fam, the internet is still a different place. Especially with everything going on right now, I should be more careful. I'd hate for some creep to be staring at my son's legs in the wrong way.
I need to protect my children the most. I will forever have that special footage for ourselves and that is enough. I realise I don’t need to share every single moment with the world. As a mother, I'm still learning and trying my best. My intention is purely innocent but I understand it could be taken differently. Thank you for the reminder, I do truly appreciate it.
Feeling a bit low today. Got some bad news earlier on regarding our field trip to Ghana. Could appreciate your good thoughts and vibes, guys! Let me know in the comments something nice that's happening for you please.
Meanwhile, I'm so happy to hear I've somehow inspired you guys to workout and eat healthier! Let's get healthy and strong together!

Yes, this is a cover! It may seem a little out of the blue for a lot of ya'll but fun fact - my channel actually started out with covers! They've since been set to private so you'll have no luck finding them, but music has always been such a big part of my life. Making music and singing throughout my upper sec days was pretty much the most effective (and at times, the only) way to cope with my anxiety, because it forces me to breathe.
I knowwwww, can't tell right? It goes to show how much more we need to be open and comfortable with mental health and self-care!
I'll pick this up in another video, but I'm at the point in my life where I have accepted that, like everyone else, my brain is wired a certain way, and have grown comfortable enough in my own skin to be able to acknowledge, address and manage it. It took a while, but I'm very proud to say that I'm doing the best I ever have, and I've never felt this calm, confident and happy for so long in my entire life.
I've always, always wanted to address "touchy" issues like mental health (amongst others), but the stigma and the pity and whatever else comes along with revealing our vulnerabilities has always made me think twice. Also, ngl, I've been busy and prioritising other (i.e. the more fun) videos. But it's 2018 and I'm way past my teenage insecurities. I have many important things I want to share and discuss with you guys, so that's exactly what I'm going to do! I don't know how often I will be able to make these videos considering I usually can only afford to make one per week, but do you remember the think tank videos we've discussed about before (I think it was one of the GRWMs)? I've had topics and talking points all planned out over 2017, but never actually got around to them. It's happening this year. (Let me know if you guys have anything on your minds you'd like to talk about in the comments below btw!)
Anyway, what prompted my decision was this - since my return, I've been feeling very suffocated by my possessions. Moving back with all of my things from New York into my already overflowing room (because I also moved back from staying on campus before I left) was just too much. I started feeling my anxiety creep back every time I look at my piles of stuff, so I've taken the time to clean, pack, declutter and reinvent my entire room for a fresh start. It. Felt. AWESOME. My room has always been my sanctuary + bubble + fun workspace and I'm so happy that it's not only restored, but improved and streamlined into an organised conglomerate of my favourite things. It's also led to the revival of my past hobbies, like knitting, music, painting etc. I feel so energised and inspired now! This incited an insatiable itch to pick everything back up and just do them for the heck of it. I don't care so much if they're productive, or "useful" or not, because time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.
Till next time, keep that heart full ya'll xoxoxoxoxoxoxoluvuforeva
