Spicy Potato mash with onions, chutneys, masala peanuts & sev. Served with soft Pav bread $65. Good thing about Pavs are they always come as pairs 😋 I am a big 'Dabeli' fan, paired with the Sev gram flour crisps, a rare chaat in HK. However it's a small pity the HK Kailash Parbat outlet recipe doesn't have Pomegranate 😑.

Desi Bombay burger with Fried potato patty, chutneys & a mildly fried salted green chilli. Another carb on carbs Vegetarian sandwich. Done very well here, and that fried chili 🌶 !

Masala #Jaljeera . For that soothing acquired Summer cooling taste
