Bahan bahan utk dikisar:
1 tin besar sardin Ayam Brand
2 paket Pes Asam pedas Adabi
1 Biji Bawang besar
2 Biji Bawang India
3 Biji Lada merah
Sedikit belacan
Sedikit nenas
Kisar lumat semua bahan ini,didihkan bersama 1 jug air atau ikut suka anda nak kuah sepekat mana😉kemudian masukkan bahan bahan di bawah
P/s: ambil sedikit Ikan sardin n hancurkan, biar nampak ketul²

Nenas yg dipotong halus

VIRAL LAKSA SOURCE RECIPE

Ingredients to be ground:
1 large cans of Brand Chicken sardines
2 packets of Adabi spicy sour paste
1 Big Onion Seeds
2 Indian Onion Pieces
3 pieces of red pepper
Some belacan
A little pineapple
Blend all of these ingredients, boil with 1 jugs of water or follow your liking how close the gravy is 😉 then insert the ingredients below
P / s: take some sardines and destroy it, let it be seen by pieces

2 pieces of kantan flower
5@6 pieces of sour pieces

1 inci kunyit hidup

Cara Memasak
- Masak Ikan Patin Ikut Resepi Asli Temerloh Ini, Lagi Pekat Kuah Tempoyak Lagi Sedap
- Korang nampak bahan-bahan tuh, pegi ambil blender, blender le dengan air. Yang hantu tempoyak tambahlah lagi tempoyaknya. Air ikut taste memasing suka pekat air sikit, suka cair letaklah lebih air. Yang suka pedas tambahlah cili sendiri.
- Dah siap blender, tuang ke dalam periuk. Campaklah sekali dengan daun kesum dan bunga kantan.

2bungkus laksa rendam dah kembang rebus lembut tos kan
Bahan utk kuah:
10 ekor ikan selayang @ ikan apa yg kita suka rebus asingkan tulang dan isi
4sudu makan cili kering blend
5biji bawang merah besar
2 ulas bawang putih
Sedikit belacan jika suka
Asam keping
Daun kesum bunga kantan
Garam gula serbuk perasa secukup rasa
Bahan utk ulam
Daun salad Timun cili padi bawang besar
Limau kasturi semua potong
Telur rebus
Cara membuat:
Blend bawang merah putih dan belacan masuk dlm periuk letak air sebanyak mana kuah kita nak. Masuk cili blend tadi. Blend juga isi ikan masuk sekali dlm tu jangan lupa tulang ikan blend tapis masuk sekali dengan kuah air rebusan ikan tadi. kemudian letak asam keping garam gula serbuk perasa secukup rasa masak hingga mendidih masuk daun kesum dan bunga kantan rebus hingga masak sesuaikan rasa biar merenih kuah laksa makin lama makin sedap. Tadaa dah siap Hidangkan dengan ulam2 bila nak makan.

Resepi Laksa Sardin
Bahan-bahan (Kuah Laksa)
1 tin sardin
3 ulas bawang kecil
3 ulas bawang putih
5 sb pes cili
1/2 inci belacan
3 keping asam keping
2 kuntum bunga kantan
3 tangkai daun kesum
1 liter air
1 sk garam
Bahan-bahan (Ulam/Bahan Sampingan)
1 bungkus mi laksa (rebus)
timun (dihiris)
salad hijau (dihiris)
bawang merah (dihiris)
2 biji telur (rebus)
3 cili padi (dipotong)
Cara memasak
1. Kisar halus bawang kecil, bawang putih, pes cili, belacan dan ikan sardin.
2. Tuangkan ke dalam periuk dan masukkan air. Masak sehingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan asam keping, bunga kantan dan daun kesum. Masak seketika.
4. Perasakan dengan garam dan ketepikan.
5. Rebuskan telur.
6. Laksa: Rendam selama 15 minit dan rebus sehingga laksa lembut. Angkat dan toskan air.
7. Masukkan laksa ke dalam mangkuk kosong, tuang kuah dan gandingkan bersama-sama timun, salad, hirisan bawang, telur dan cili padi.

Ingredients (Laksa Gravy)
1 canned sardine
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp of chili paste
1/2 inch of shrimp paste
3 slices of tamarind slice
2 torch of ginger flowers
3 stalks of kesum leaves
1 litre water
1 tsp of salt
Ingredients (Condiments)
1 pack of laksa noodle (boil)
cucumber (julienne cut)
green salad (sliced)
red onion (sliced)
2 nos eggs (boil)
3 bird’s eye chili (cut)
Cooking methods
1. Blend shallots, garlic, chili paste, shrimp paste and sardine fish until smooth.
2. Pour in the mixture into pot and add in water. Cook until bubbling.
3. Add in tamarind slice, torch ginger flowers and kesum leaves. Cook for while.
4. Seasons with salt to taste and set aside.
5. Boil the eggs.
6. Laksa: Soaked laksa for 15 minutes and boil them to soft. Remove from heat and sieve the water.
7. Place laksa noodle into a bowl, pour in laksa gravy and garnish with slice cucumber, salads, onion, boiled egg and bird’s eye chilies.

1 1/2 mangkuk cili kering dipotong dan direndam dalam air panas
2 biji bawang
6 ulas bawang putih
Sedikit halia

2 sudu asam jawa
1/4 mangkuk air

1 mangkuk minyak untuk menumis
5 biji Bendi dihiris serong
2 biji tomato dipotong enam
1 keping daun pisang sebagai alas
Sedikit daun kesum & bunga kantan diracik
Cara
Lumur sedikit garam pada ikan siakap
Kisarkan bawang besar, bawang putih, halia, belacan, cili kering, 2 batang bunga kantan,2 batang serai.
Bahan kisar ditumis hingga garing. Letakkn air asam jawa. Kemudian masukkan garam serbuk perasa dan gula.
Setelah sambal siap dimasak. Letakkan daun pisang daun pisang di atas pemanggang ajaib.
Letakkan ikan yang telah dilumur sedikit garam. Tuangkan sambal di atas ikan itu. Taburkan bendi & tomato di sekeliling ikan. Taburkan daun kesum dan bunga kantan atas ikan.
Masak ikan dalam pemanggang ajaib hingga ikan masak dan naik bau. Sedia untuk dimakan.
