Ah, that feeling after a Yin Yoga class. The deep stretching puts me in a lot of discomfort because I'm so bloody tight from all the training but you feel so good after. After getting injured, I'm stepping up my recovery game. I'm always so lazy to stretch and foam roll and it has all caught up to me now. As much as we find it a chore, all this recovery / prehab / rehab stuff are so essential so that we don't get injured. Not getting any younger you know!!

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a yoga practice style, which has many amazing benefits, but here are some of the main benefits that you may begin to feel after a routine negative practice:
- warm: calm and balanced mind and body
- Tension and anxiety reduction
- increase the cycle
- Increased flexibility
- fracture release
Yin yoga class will give you a deep stretch of your body that has long been eager to stretch. After a long day at work/school, or after a strong exercise, do this exercise. Remember that breathing is a very important factor in yin yoga, so through this whole practice, make sure you get deep and breathe slowly for a long time. Give your muscles, organs and minds with oxygen. Reactivate your nervous system, relax stress and tension, and every time in every posture completely exists when you give up the last breath with every time you do it.
Each posture in yoga usually holds 3 or up to 5 minutes or so. But if you are new, I suggest you start from 1 minute until you have more confidence in your posture. If you are an advanced yoga teacher, then attempt to keep each posture longer.
Happy, relax, enjoy, play hard!
