Exactly 4 years ago on Nov 2nd 2014, I graduated music school, packed up my bags and left Sydney for good, heading towards an uncertain future with no jobs lined, and not even having a clue what I wanted to do in Hong Kong. I knew I wanted to pursue the music industry, but encountered numerous setbacks and rejections.

I ended up spending 3 years juggling 7 part time jobs, not lasting more than 8 months, travelling as much as I could, joined a band @gravityalterstra which pushed me out of my comfort zone to experiment with an unfamiliar style of music to me. I used this opportunity to let music be the outlet to express all the emotions I went through during this time. Oh boy, it was tough.

It's a strange thing pursuing something which neither close friends or family could really relate or understand.

Today, I'm a lot happier, and honestly, ready for whatever's next.

Cheers mumma and daddy for putting up with this lost cause, and for the people I've met in Hong Kong for giving me the confidence and opportunities I've had. You guys know who you are.
