喺Grand Hyatt Steakhouse食嘅澳洲和牛4道菜晚餐，用咗嚟自澳洲唔同地方嘅食材✈️

前菜有「頂級海鮮拼盤」，當中有爽口嘅澳洲虎蝦、鮮甜嘅哥芬灣生蠔、昆士蘭老虎蟹撻同埋自家煙製嘅塔斯曼尼亞鱒魚～特別一提，蒜蓉包好香好惹味，出色！😋 第二道菜係「南澳洲藍青口周打湯」，除咗有啖啖青口肉之外，仲有煙肉同薯仔，勁足料！👍🏻

主角「澳洲M5和牛西冷牛扒」來自澳洲農場，用咗6款本地種植嘅草去餵飼，確保牛扒有靚嘅雪花效果🐮 今次煎成Medium熟度，食落牛脂嘅油香味好濃郁，咬落超多肉汁，口感仲好細嫩，高質！配菜仲有炸洋蔥圈同烤薯仔🤤 如果想再食好啲，可以加$400升級至Mayura M9 和牛呀！😍
