Haven’t had this post-workout endorphins high in a while. Taking a moment to mark the real start of my postpartum weight loss journey. “The road is long...with many a winding turn...” Challenges aplenty ahead. I’m still breastfeeding, which means I can’t go on too strict a diet. I’m mother to 2 active boys, so a lot of self-motivation and self-discipline is required. I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy, so losing them all is not gonna be easy. And to up the challenge even more, I have moderate diastasis recti (go google if u need to know what it is), which basically means I can’t exercise too intensively yet, not before I rebuild my core. So...yeah. Perhaps documenting my journey here will give me some much-needed strength to persevere? And I do hope my sharing will encourage you in some way too, whatever your challenge is.
