係alignment yoga我地對身體既擺位非常仔細，而props 係不可或缺，好多人都會覺得只有beginner 先用props，其實係任何既階段props都起到唔同既作用，as a beginner, props可以幫助了解同輔助身體係動作上既alignment, as a regular practitioner, props除左可以助去個動作深D外，亦係一個好幫手去check下一直以黎腦海既記憶有係被混淆。Part one video用左Parsvottonasana簡單甘示範我地點樣用啲props, 同大概既alignment cues，接下來我地會再深入講解，stay tuned:) ·

What is Alignment yoga? We are asked this question often at our studio, and we wanted to take this opportunity to explain a little on the use of yoga props in our classes, and how alignment is a core focus of our teaching.

Here is Part 1 of our short video series: Introduction to Alignment Yoga. In this series we will explore how different yoga props can help our bodies safely and effectively express yoga asanas with varying intensities, in order to improve the benefits to our practice. We will also show you an example of how Parsvottonasana (Intense Side Stretch Pose) may be taught with alignment cues in our studio, and discuss the differences between Level 1 and Level 2 class.
