[Simple Pizza Recipe]
Here is list of ingredients. Pizza actually has no limitation on ingredients, you can literary add in anything you can think of, some green vegetable such as rocket is highly recommended. You may replace with seafood, add in prawn will be good idea as well.
I use Pasta tomato puree which is already season to taste, personally I found it to be a little bit too sweet. I recommend to purchase pure tomato puree and adjust taste based on your preference.
Making of Pizza Dough is actually pretty simple.
- Mix 2 cup of warm water with Yeast and let it rest for few minutes, you should see some bubble coming up. If no bubble which mean the yeast is not active, don’t waste your ingredients, start new yeast and make sure got bubble.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and let it rest for 1hour or double in size.
- You may cover it and let it rest anywhere or personally I prefer to just throw it into oven (without turn on), I stay at Malaysia where temperature around 30+ Celsius.
Making Pizza Topping
- Most of the pizza topping need to be cook up front because baking Pizza just take around 7 to 10 minutes which might not enough for some ingredients to fully cooked.
- Pizza topping can be anything but the tomato based with pork is highly recommended, it add extra texture and flavor to it.
Preparing Pizza
- Once the pizza dough is ready, just make it flat with hand or roller if you have one. It can be any shape if you are ok with it. (obviously, mine is the most ugly pizza ever)
- You may skip butter if you don’t wan your pizza to be too greasy but personally I found adding butter make it more fragrance.
- I always applied tomato puree and mince pork at bottom layer follow with whatever ingredients of my choice.
- My house left with Cheddar so for this Pizza it only has Cheddar which is great in taste but lack of the springy, chewy texture.
- I baked in 220 Celsius with Top & Bottom option for 7 minutes.
- Green such as broccoli or Rocket leaf always has to be add after cook or 1 min before cooked, else it will turn black easily.

- Yeast (1 packet 11gram)
- Sugar (60g, can reduce to taste)
- Salt (half spoon)
- Bread Flour (around 3 cup)
- Butter/Olive Oil
Sautéed Mushroom
- Button Mushroom (1 can)
- Salt
- Pepper
Tomato Based Mince Pork
- Pork or Chicken Minced
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Salt
- Flour
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tomato
- Tomato Puree
Other Ingredients
- Sausage
- Artificial Crab Meat
- Onion
- Tomato
- Cheese (Recommend Mozzarella and Cheddar mix)
- Broccoli

Di dalam episod ini, Imran nak ajar semua untuk membuat resipi yang sangat mudah iaitu Seafood Pasta Ala Italia. Dengan hanya menggunakan 3 bahan utama; Spaghetti, Udang dan Tomato. Kalau dah bosan makan nasi dirumah boleh la cuba untuk masak pasta pula. Confirm sedap!
Bahan-bahan untuk hidangan 2 orang makan:-
Spaghetti pasta
8-10 ekor udang sederhana besar, disiang dan dibuang kulitnya
20 biji tomato kecil dibelah dua
4-5 biji bawang putih dipotong nipis
Serbuk cili
Garam
Cara-caranya:-
Rebuskan pasta bersama air garam. Masak dalam 7 ke 10 minit. Simpan satu mangkuk air rebusan untuk diguna dalam masakan nanti. Panaskan kuali dengan minyak zaitun. Masukkan bawang putih dan serbuk cili, tunggu sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan tomato. Masak sehingga tomato lembut dan kecut. Lenyekkan tomato sehingga hancur dan terus masukkan udang. Jika terlalu kering, tambahkan air rebusan tadi. Akhir sekali, masukkan spaghetti dan gaul sebati.

Italian Seafood Pasta
Hi guys! Finally, for the first time ever, Destinasi TV has released a cooking show series! This cooking show is brought to you by Panglima Frozen Food.
In this episode, Imran will share a recipe on how to make a very simple Italian Seafood Pasta. Using only 3 main ingredients; Spaghetti, Prawn & Tomatoes. Let’s try to cook this simple and delicious pasta!
Ingredients:-
Spaghetti pasta
8-10 medium sized prawn (peel of the skin)
20 pieces of cherry tomatoes (cut into half)
4-5 garlic cloves
Chili flakes
Salt
Spaghetti Preparation:-
First, cook spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water around 7 to 10 minutes. Keep a bowl of boiled water. Meanwhile, cook garlic and chilli flakes with olive oil until it fragrant. Add in cherry tomatoes and cook until it soft. Crushed all the tomatoes and add in prawn. If it is too dry, add in boiling water. Lastly, add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated.

◆Chicken and burdock root with black vinegar source
iIngredient ( servings 2 )
1 boneless chicken thigh, skin-on (250g)
1 /2 burdock root (100g)
1 onion
10 shishi to green pepper
proper amount of salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sesame oil
A. 4 tablespoon black vinegar
A 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
A 1 1/2 tablespoon soy source
A 2 teaspoon sweet rice wine(mirin)
A 2 teaspoon potato starch
pre-cooking
Mix black vinegar, sugar, soy source, mirin and potato starch.
Cut chicken thigh into 4~5 cm thick and season with salt and pepper. Wash and slice burdock root diagonally into 5mm thick. Soak in water for about 15minutes and drain in the strainer,Cut onions into 12 wedges and trim shishito green pepper.
Pour sesame oil into warmed frying pan. Cook chicken with the skin side down until golden brown. Add burdock root into the frying pan and cook over medium-high heat then turn the chicken over. Add onion and shishito green pepper and cook over medium-high heat about for 2 minutes.
Add vinegar source and stir fry until thickened and dish up on plate.
Cooking tips!
Not to wash burdock too much.
Not to soak burdock in water too long.
Add mushrooms or use lotus root (Renkon) instead of burdock root.
