✔️簡單減脂食譜🥯肉鬆蔬菜半熟蛋貝果三明治🍴pork floss egg and vegetable bagel sandwich 🤍425kcal/20g蛋白質(Protein)
[食譜Recipe ]
一個貝果(這次我是用二吉軒 @soypresso.tw 的豆渣貝果,富含纖維!)
半根小黃瓜刨絲
胡蘿蔔切片(不敢吃可不加)
雞蛋一顆
是拉差辣醬少許
純豬肉鬆20g(記得選用無添加的,我這次是使用新東陽的)
作法⬇️
貝果兩面烤酥
鍋裡煎一顆半熟蛋,底部煎約五分鐘,不沾鍋直接起鍋備用
開始組裝三明治,貝果擺上蔬菜、肉鬆、半熟蛋,擠上是拉差辣醬
壓扁切半,即有美麗斷面可以開心享用!
[METHOD]
1⃣️Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add eggs and cook for 2 minutes, turning over when whites have set. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until yolks are cooked as desired.
2⃣️Meanwhile, toast bagels as desired.
3⃣️layer vegetables, pork floss, egg, and sriracha. Top with the other half of the bagels and enjoy!

Happy Sunday🤗~~
reliving the old memories of tokyo sando through this homemade mayo-free tamago sando made with @bakerandcooksg soy and linseed sourdough sliced bread, shoyu wasabi and @barkersofgeraldine beetroot relish. It’s an egg bomb with 4 eggs in total 👻 but the end result is a truly satisfying one.
[Recipe]
2 slices of @bakerandcooksg soy and linseed sourdough 🍞
4 boiled eggs 🥚
Shoyu or any soy sauce
Leftover Wasabi (according to own preference)
1/3 Japanese cucumber 🥒
4 pcs of Iceberg lettuce 🥬
@barkersofgeraldine Beetroot Relish (available from @bakerandcooksg)
1. Toast the bread
2. Boil 4 eggs.
3. Mash 2 eggs with fork and mixed with 2 Tbsp of beetroot relish. Add a little salt to taste if you find it too sweet
4. For bread spread: mix shoyu and wasabi to your liking
5. Optional : microwave the iceberg lettuce (you can leave that raw if u wish)
6. Assemble: spread the toasts with shoyu wasabi and layer as toast > iceberg lettuce> beetroot mashed egg > 2 boil eggs > sliced cucumber> toast
7. Use cling wrap, aluminium foil or parchment paper (whichever u have) to wrap the sandwich. Compressing a little
8. Set in fridge for 30min to set before slicing them in half. Or u can just straightaway Itadakimasu!
*Feel free to adjust the components of the sandwich as u wish

とろ〜りあんバター餅
2人分
材料:
こしあん 200g
砂糖 大さじ2
水 100ml
塩 少々
切り餅 2個
バター 20g
作り方:
1.鍋に、こしあん、砂糖、水、塩を入れ、弱火〜中火でとろっとするまで混ぜながら加熱する。
2.切り餅を焼き、お湯に浸して柔らかくしておく。
3.お皿に、水気を切った切餅をのせ、熱々の(1)をかけて、バターをのせたら、完成!
あんバターフレンチトースト
2人分
材料:
こしあん 80g
食パン(6枚切り) 2枚
A卵 2個
A砂糖 大さじ1
A牛乳 100ml
バター 10g
ホイップクリーム 適量
メープルシロップ 適量
粉糖 適量
作り方:
1.1枚の食パンに、こしあんを塗り、もう1枚の食パンで挟む。
2.Aをボウルで混ぜ合わせ、バットに入れておく。
3.(2)のバットに(1)を入れ、全体に卵液を染み込ませ、1〜2時間ほど置く。途中、一度裏返し、反対面にもしっかりと卵液を染み込ませる。
4.フライパンにバターを熱し、(3)を入れて蓋をして弱火で4分焼き、裏返して反対面も同じく4分蓋をして加熱する。
5.器に盛り、ホイップクリームを絞り、メープルシロップ、粉糖をかけたら、完成!

200g red bean paste (strained aka Koshian)
2 tablespoons sugar
100ml water
Some salt
2 mochi packs
20g butter
PREPARATION
1. Heat red bean paste, sugar, water, and salt in a pan. Mix until smooth and thick over low/ medium heat.
2. Toast mochi and soak them in the hot water to soften.
3. Place mochi on a plate, pour red bean paste mixture (1) while hot. Put butter on top.
4.Enjoy!
Anko butter French toast
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
80g red bean paste (strained aka Koshian)
2 slices of a loaf bread
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
100ml milk
10g butter
Some whipped cream
Some maple syrup
Some powdered Sugar
PREPARATION
1. Spread red bean paste on a slice of bread and place the other slice on top.
2. Mix eggs, sugar, and milk in a bowl. Pour into a shallow container.
3. Place the read bean paste sandwich (1) in the container (2) to soak the egg mixture. Rest for 1 to 2 hours (Flip after awhile, so both sides will be coated in the mixture.)
4. Heat butter in a pan, place the egg soaked sandwich (3). Cook with a lid on for 4 minutes over low heat. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 minutes (lid on).
5. Transfer to a plate. Put some whipped cream, pour maple syrup over, and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
