虽然戒了咖啡因,偶尔还是会到咖啡馆流连。
点了English Breakfast,看到这捧来只足够盛满一小杯的份量开始不免有点疑惑。
但喝了一口,味道却是许久都没有品尝过的香醇。
服务生没多久就把茶壶拿去续杯。看着她缓慢温和地加水,并不让水超过茶叶的位置,原来才使得茶叶的味道恰到好处。
生活不也是这样。
我们都觉得既然拥有这么大的容器,就是要拼命把它填满,最后使原本香醇的日子也变成苦涩。
保留一点空间,给自己喘息的机会; 冲得过头了就放慢脚步。
活得刚好才能泡出在心中发酵的好茶。

Although I limited myself to Caffeine, I would still visit cafe sometimes.
Today I ordered English Breakfast, and was a bit confused at first about the little portion that was served.
However once I took my first sip, I had a wonderful taste of tea that I haven't had for a while.
The waitress took the pot back and refilled for me after a while. She slowly poured the hot water in, without letting the water level to surpass where the leaves were, so the tea can have perfect taste.
Isn't it just life life?
We always think we should pour as much water as we can since we have a big container, until our life become bitter.
Give ourselves some spaces, some spaces to breath. Slow down if you think you go too fast, it is fine to be just simple in order to brew a perfect tea of our life.
