我們能做的就是保護好自己和保護他人把風險降到最低!所以我認為大家到健身房運動時還是必須要戴上口罩,還有就是手上隨時都拿著一瓶酒精消毒劑,再用器材之前其實可以先噴一噴酒精消毒劑在使用機器!
可能會造成大家比較麻煩,但在這非常時期大家可能就要辛苦一點!
因為如果我們不能改變環境,那我們只能改變自己的習慣!
運動本來就是健康的,所以在運動時我們應該提升自己的防護力,保護好自己保護好他人!

其实,我很想回乡看爸爸妈妈

而目前 #在雪隆感染delta病毒株的人很多
所以,在外活动和包括堂食是会有感染破口(气溶胶与飞沫传染)就算我已接种两剂疫苗,我还是有可能感染其它病毒株。
你说我怕死吗?
其实,我不害怕死亡。
我害怕不小心感染病毒后的身心伤害与身体并发症
我更害怕因我也受感染的人。
这一年多来我不敢接近住我家附近的弟弟弟媳与两个年幼的侄儿。
要彼此都安全与健康,唯有做好本分。为了我的家人、同事和朋友,我是不会冒这个风险。
我依然会坚持外出时戴上双口罩
(内层外科口罩,外层布口罩)和脸罩
保持人身距离、如非必要不外出、也不去人潮多的地方
随时消毒双手、不触摸眼睛、鼻子及嘴巴

Nhưng riêng chỉ có nhà thờ thánh Maria Madalena vẫn còn đó không bị sóng đánh đổ hết nhưng nó cũng không còn nguyên vẹn như trước, chỉ còn lại tháp chuông sừng sững đứng trước biển cả.
Nằm ở xã Hải Lý, huyện Hải Hậu tỉnh Nam Định ngày nay nhà thờ đổ là điểm đến tham quan du lịch, đẹp và hoang sơ thu hút nhiều du khách đồng thời cũng là sự kết nối, nhắc nhở mọi người nâng cao ý thức, chú trọng hơn nữa trong hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường trước sức mạnh tàn phá của thiên nhiên của sự biến đổi khí hậu trên toàn cầu
