'假' 牛肉 Fake Marbled Beef 🥩💉💉. I re-mentioned recently on how Japan's 『Gyukatsu Motomura 牛カツ もと村』uses engineered fake marbled beef 霜降り加工 假牛肉, which was created as a cheap solution to con customers into thinking its soft 柔らかい ＆has fat. In fact this kind of Beef is available at low end supermarkets in Japan, also in China. The patterns are easily recognizable as its unnatural. Glad that some people remembered my previous warning posts 😊, but some probably haven't heard before too! 但係我發覺呢種假牛都呃到幾多遊客！
Basically, the reason why Kyoto Katsugyu 京都勝牛 > craps all over Motomura もと村, is because the latter cheats 💩, whilst 京都勝牛 actually has to procure proper CP Value vs OK Tasty beef for customers, unless if u order Wagyu everytime as I personally do! U appreciate that sportsmanship spirit & business ethics.
In fact, in Motomura, u are forced to cook the beef more before consuming, because the fake beef is processed & therefore is unsafe to eat as a rare item, due to inherent cross contamination risks 😢
