I know it doesn’t look the most appetising but this is always my absolute favourite eat at Borough Market. ‘Ethiopian Flavours’ introduces me to just how great Ethiopian cuisine is, I can’t get enough of that mildly spicy stew/dry curry beef! I went for the combo this time which includes the chicken and 2 sides of veg, lentils and cabbage. Def give them a go if you’re ever @boroughmarket 🍛
