🌙🌙【印尼開齋節-充滿感恩與祝福的日子】🙏🙏 #印尼過年
　
今天是一年一度的印尼開齋節，我身邊的印尼新住民姊妹、穆斯林朋友們都慎重地看待，通常為期三天，期間有許多大大小小的團拜祝禱、家族聚餐等活動，是個重視分享與感恩的節日，花蓮縣政府也從去年起，連續兩年舉辦開齋節慶典活動，充分展現對穆斯林宗教信仰的尊重及對多元文化的重視。🤗🙏
　
相信不少朋友們很疑惑，什麼是開齋節呢？這得從什麼是齋戒月開始說起。🤓🤓
　
依據《古蘭經》紀載，伊斯蘭曆的9月是齋戒月，是伊斯蘭真主阿拉將古蘭經降世下傳給先知穆罕默德的月份。對所有穆斯林而言，齋戒月是一年當中最神聖的月份，為穆斯林提供一個實踐自我控制與淨化身心的機會，也相信將因親身體驗飢餓，更能激發施捨救濟之心。齋戒月的起始日，端視當月與次月的新月出現情況，每年都不一樣，在為期29-30天的齋月期間，期間穆斯林們白日不食，勤於禱告與進行內在對話，若因懷孕或身體虛弱、旅行在外等難以禁食者，則可另找時間補禁食，完成齋戒儀式。通常會在齋戒月最後一天晚上，與親友共享豐盛的開齋飯，共同迎接隔天起連續2-3天的開齋節，分享飲食並彼此祝福。🍛🍲
　
據內政部移民署的數據顯示，居住於台灣的外國居民中，來自穆斯林國家的人數正持續增加。2016年印尼籍的外國居民共有220,553人，2018年則上升至240,795人，另外，目前台灣最多的移工來自印尼，其中大多數都是穆斯林。對他們來說，每年的齋戒月及開齋節，是人生中很重要的一段日子。若您是穆斯林新住民的家人或雇主，請不要強迫對方在齋戒月進食，請多關心禁食中的穆斯林身心狀況，也要在開齋節陪伴穆斯林家人參加相關活動，或讓移工們休假參加團拜祝禱，同時別忘了趁開齋節的時候，向努力付出愛與勞力的穆斯林家人或移工們方表達感謝與祝福喔~🤗🙏

✅1.不要一直問齋戒月何時開始，因為伊斯蘭曆法依照的是月相，所以日期每年都不同，也不是每個人都知道何時開始。
✅2.請不要在白天約穆斯林朋友去喝咖啡或聚餐，也請對正在齋戒中的親友或移工們多加關懷，讓對方保持工作或生活上的彈性。
✅3.請不要說你也要禁食，因為你太胖要減肥。這是對宗教的輕忽和不尊重。
