It’s recipe time! Time to make some fried shrimp and pork puffs (bánh gối /bánh quai vạc)

We partnered with @tonychacheres to create these Vietnamese savory pastries but with a Cajun twist! Using Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning and creole etouffee mix to add magic to one of our favorite dishes.

路易斯安那特餐有幾多種，大都有海鮮因為它靠近海
Gumbo (酸辣的海鮮羹)
Red Beans and Rice (紅豆加飯，可是是鹹的⋯應該不是跟亞洲一樣的紅豆)
Etouffee (辣的海鮮燉飯，平常是用蝦仁或小龍蝦)
Beignets (枕頭形式的粉狀甜甜圈)
Cafe au lait (黑咖啡加牛奶還有⋯菊苣 <— 不要問我這是什麼東西 我也不知道)
