《Baby Song》
Last Friday my friend Allen, also my ex-colleague, invited me to his host's home to cook and have dinner together.
He is now a housekeeper for an Australian family, cooking and cleaning house, and taking care of children for them everyday.
Before dinner, hostess took out a guitar, Allen told her that I'm a singer and asked me to play.
Kim, my friend's girlfriend, a interesting Korean girl, said that she've only heard of one Chinese song called Bao Bei (Baby), which is from Taiwanese singer Deserts Chang (張懸 Deserts Xuan).
So I began.
Everybody listened.
Everybody swang.
Everybody smiled.
Including Monty the doggy, who kept lipping me while I was singing, seem enjoy a lot. #HeMightBeJustHungry.
Kim was holding the girl and sing with a very sweet smile.
And the little girl, just staring at me with her big eyes.
Don't even know it is a gift to her.
The atomeshere was so warming and heart-touching at the moment.
Even I, the performer herself, was impressed.
If I begin to record and write down "30 most memorial nights of my journey in Melbourne and Australia" from now on,
this must be one of them.
People from all over the world, Taiwan, Korea, Greece, Mexico, Australia,
speaking different languages, eating different kinds of food, living different lifestyles,
all connected by one simple song tonight.
What a wonderful night.

《寶貝》
上禮拜五我前同事 Allen 邀請我去他雇主家煮飯晚餐
他目前在一個澳洲家庭裡當管家，負責煮飯、打掃房子和帶小孩
晚餐前女主人突然拿出一把吉他，Allen 告訴他我有在唱歌，希望我可以現場唱幾首歌
Kim（韓國女孩同時也是 Allen 的女友），說她唯一聽過的一首中文歌是張懸的「寶貝」。
於是我就開始了。
大家靜靜聽著歌。
大家輕輕地搖擺。
大家都笑了。
連小狗 Monty 都好像很享受，一直舔我的手。 #事後想想他只是餓了
Kim 一邊搖著小女孩一邊笑得很甜地跟著我唱
而我們的主角，這個兩歲大的小女孩，從頭到尾都用她那雙超大眼睛一直盯著我。
絲毫沒發現這其實是送給她的禮物。
當下氣氛真的太溫馨了
連身為表演者的我，都被深深感動。
如果說，我從現在開始記錄
「我在墨爾本和澳洲最值得紀念的三十個晚上」
今晚一定佔一個名額。
來自世界各地的人，台灣、韓國、希臘、墨西哥、澳洲
即便說著不同的語言、有著不同的飲食習慣、過著截然不同的生活
都在今晚
被一首簡單的歌
連結起來。
