So the ANSWER to the lady in the picture is ........... 76 years old!! She's my grandaunt. Doesn't she look amazing? Whenever I show people a picture of her and ask them to guess her age, no one would think that she's in her mid 70s. She's such a positive person and she does take the effort to look after her well being.
None of us will just 'age gracefully' without putting in the effort and care. We need to learn to respect our body, our happiness and make that a priority in our life. Ageing is a privilege because it means you’ve lived a long and fulfilled life. That’s what I want for each and every one of you. Stay beautiful! xx
