從九月份搬來上海後就一直很想念台灣的美食，今天終於圓夢了。台北的MissGreen餐廳在上海一間一般的餐廳提供超美味純素早午餐，快閃活動持續一整個12月！😍

很喜歡素食餐廳跟一般餐廳合作的概念，讓更多人能夠接觸到美味的素食。

在這裡幾個月了，深刻感受到台灣素食的好。我個人認為這裡多數的素食餐廳還是以傳統宗教/中式料理居多，多屬於油膩型，不然就是價格不菲，所以我幾乎不外食（大概一週外食一、兩次這樣，所以說真的，每天還真是花很多時間做飯）。有沒有更多台灣的店家想來開分店呀？我覺得有市場耶⋯⋯😄

I’ve been missing Taiwanese vegan good since September, and MissGreen Taipei fulfilled my dream by doing a vegan pop-up at a regular restaurant in Shanghai!

Super happy to see cooperations between vegan and non-vegan businesses so more people can be exposed to vegan options.

Speaking of that, I really think there’s a niche for Taiwanese vegan restaurants to open branches in Shanghai. Anyone interested? 😁
